I did two apartment tours here with the site manager Robin. I was blown away. The apartments were comfortable and very chic; definitely the type of place you see "the cool character" from a sitcom living in. Visited an number of locations looking for that specific looking for that industrial loft aesthetic. I can confidently say Clipper Mill is the best spot in Baltimore. Lots of natural lighting, exposed brick and modern appliances. You really cant beat it. Not to mention its located less than 5 mins from Druid Hill park, the Baltimore zoo, Jones falls, and Hampden's downtown (One of the best neighborhoods to shop/drink/hangout in all of Baltimore). The location is top tier.

The staff is amazing too. When I requested a tour, Robin met with me even though she had just had surgery on her leg. She was very knowledgeable of the property and had immediate answers for every question I raised.

Ultimately, I had to go with another apartment that was little bit closer to my job. However, I was so impressed with Clipper Mill that I saved Robin's contact in case I changed my mind in the future.

Clipper Mill is the perfect location for Baltimore BreathWork and Healing! The city needs more of this meditation practice and Elizabeth Bardelli brings it all the way from LA! Come to "drop and breathe" class with an intention to dig deep and remove stuck energy after a difficult day. Totally transformative and awakening! Suite #102 behind Woodberry Kitchen!

I’ve lived at Assembly for a year and have been happy with my apartment and the community. There is maintenance on site during the week, and the leasing agent, Lauren has been super helpful with any needs I’ve had. The warmer months tend to bring a lot more traffic to the area with Woodberry Kitchen and the glass gallery having weddings, but I’ve never had an issue with disturbances from it. This is apartment living, so I do hear my neighbors from time to time, but never anything intolerable, and certainly better than at other apartments I’ve lived. All in all, a great experience and I will most likely live here until I’m ready to buy.

I've been here for about 11 months, and I could not be happier! I love the loft layout. Lauren (Leasing Specialist) is super accommodating and kind. I haven't meet everyone in the complex, but everyone I have met so far has been very nice as well. It's a nice little gem that's kind of tucked away, but still close to EVERYTHING! I work at JHU and it only takes me about 7 minutes to get to work. I'm really looking forward to the summer because everyone tells me that the pool is the place to be. Last but not least, Harrison (the maintenance guy) is the man. He is always a pleasure to speak with and is very responsive to any needs you may have. All in all... very happy here!

Modern apartment built into the shell of an old factory. All the modern conveniences with all the charm of the historic mill community. Friendly neighbors. Lovely private garden. The most spectacular pool. Don't feel like cooking, go across the street to one of the finest restaurants in Maryland.
