Todd & his crew at Coast 2 Coast are by far the best AC company in the Tampa Bay region! When our AC unit went out 2 days before we were set to take a family vacation overseas, we thought we may have to cancel our trip, as we have pets in the home.
Todd assured us that he would have a solution, since our new unit would take a few additional days to be shipped before they could install it.
He installed two emergency PORTABLE units in our home that kept the entire back of our home cool, which was enough to keep our pets comfortable during this brutal Florida summer!
He and his team were efficient, the work was exceptionally done, cleaned & removed all old equipment and even installed a NEW bi-fold door (that matched our shutters!) in our hall closet where the unit is housed.
Some company’s “talk the talk” but don’t “walk the walk” when it’s comes time to take care of their customers, but Coast 2 Coast delivers on it all. Highly recommend their services and we will be customers for life

Matt and the Coast2Coast team did an outstanding job getting a new A/C unit installed for us - very professional, timely, and knowledgeable! We have a 1750 sq ft house with high ceilings where the air filters are located. Coast2Coast installed a new unit by a well known trusted brand with tonnage in line with the size of our house and an air filter located by the inside unit. No more ladders for us! They also reran both lines going to the outside unit more efficiently. The previous company we had used was simply going to replace our old A/C with a builders grade 5 ton unit like we had and run lines through our attic (definitely not something we wanted to do).

Since our old A/C went out on a Friday (of course!), Matt brought over one of their window units for us to use until the installation.

Matt and the Coast2Coast team were wonderful to work with and we highly recommend them!

Our technician Matt was awesome and his crew were very nice and did an amazing job with our install! Brand new AC unit and the rebuilt the stand for the intake in our garage and installed a smart thermostat! Great price compared to other places and was able to get a Trane! They were swamped this week so had to wait a few days but Matt came by and installed a window unit until they could do the install which made a huge difference!!! I would highly recommend! We are the third install they have done in my cul du sac and we all love their work! Quality work and great customer service overall! Well done guys!!! Happy customers for sure!!!

Called these guys to come give a second opinion after I was quoted a large sum of money from another AC company in the area. My unit is only 8 years old and I felt like it shouldn’t need to a bunch of work, so wanted to do my due diligence. After a pleasant interaction with their front desk, I got a call from Matt to schedule an appointment, and C2C came out within 24 hours. They checked out my entire system and said they didn’t see anything wrong with it. In effect, C2C saved me 3500 bucks with their honesty. They could’ve said yup, the other company is right, and undercut their price. They didn’t. Def felt like I could trust C2C. Polite, prompt, friendly, and honest? Hard combo to find these days. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Today, we had our entire system replaced by Coast 2 Coast Air-Conditioning and we could not be more satisfied. Their attention to detail from the time they showed up until the time they finished was above and beyond our expectations.
When Matt showed up to assess our issues with no air conditioning, he had portable air conditioner units and fans set up in our living space and our bedrooms which was amazing.

Scheduled a 6 month maintenance check-up for our A/C unit. Matt and his Tech showed up on time on the day scheduled. Since this is a new house, they walked me around the unit and advising me on the basic workings. Changed the filter added, and added coolant since we were way low. They rinsed all dirt and crud out of the motor and fan housing. They both happily answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I was very happy with their work, knowledge, and professionalism. If your looking for an A/C guy, I recommend giving them a try. I think you will be as happy as I am with their service!
