A very cute nature preserve. It's not very big. I walked the whole thing in under 2 hours, and that was stopping and taking pictures and enjoying my surroundings. Multiple little bridges, a pond, and even amphitheater. Super cute. Beautiful area. I recommend checking it out.

Coffee Creek Watershed in Chesterton is a very serene place to enjoy nature. There are marked trails, bathrooms, a babbling brook, and lots of wild life. I saw other people on the paths walking their leashed dogs, and everyone was so friendly. You definitely could have a family picnic here or even take some gorgeous wedding photos.

I go here weekly. Has trails for dog walking, some parts are a little more difficult for strollers but doable. There's picnic benches and wild flowers everywhere. I love enjoying fresh air on these paths and stopping at Biggby.

I was fishing it is so nice we caught a few fish but got more turtles than anything we had one that was playing with the hook and line it was cute I wish I got a photo of it. But it's nice and it is also handicap accessible

I do really like taking my dog for walks here. I love where there is this one spot to get down in the water. He does love to drink out of that creek especially on the hot days. Another thing I love is that there is deer in the morning and evenings. I love nature and it's a good little place to take a walk!

Fantastic trail system. The paved sections are easy to walk on. The more rustic parts are peaceful and quiet. This really is a great park to wander around if you are in the area and have a but of time.

Nice trails. Great place for exercise, bird watching, enjoying flowers, and observing nature. You have several bridges to cross over the flowing waters of the creek and part of the trail goes under a public road bridge. Bring plenty of water ( trails do have shade from the trees) and bug/mosquito spray. The place has modern clean restrooms. Great place for photo backgrounds. Kids loved it.
