The room we rented was not the renovated one so it was cheaper but dated. Granted, everything was clean and neighbors were quiet and lovely. Maintenance was quick to respond, and Howard was very helpful with everything we needed when we had to terminate our lease. Area was peaceful, there’s a short walk to Lake Parsippany, and very close to highways. Rent doesn’t go up as much as well.

I lived in this place for 2 years. And it was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for a number of reasons:
1- floors are very old, and they make big loud squeaking noises while we are walking. You could wake up someone who is a heavy sleeper even by walking on your tiptoes.
2- Hot water temperature isn't stable, one minute it is very, very cold and the next it is extremely hot .And we told them about it many times but they didn't do anything.
3- There are a lot of centipedes, spiders, and roaches.
4- bathroom floor collects dirt and is too hard to clean as the tiles are not smooth, and also they are not stable.
5- appliances are too old, and there is no maintenance.
6- There are some HUGE gaps under the dishwasher that let mice in the apartment. One time, we had 3 mice on the same day entering the house. And we saw mice waste in the drawers next to the dishwasher, this is obviously unsafe because this is where we keep our cooking utensils, all of this is due to the bad finishing and plumbing of the old dishwasher and the dishwasher area and the whole kitchen in general, and when we called the super intendeds they said that this is a common problem and it happens in many apartments, one apartment even had a racoon and some baby roccons in the attic, so obviously it is a big problem that needed to be fixed and we asked them a HUNDRED TIMES to do something about it but they didn't care AT ALL!!!
7- heater makes ticking noises, and you can't control the heat yourself. Sometimes, it feels too hot and sometimes feels cold
8-The air conditioner is too loud
9- we had problems with the plumbing now and then
10- The doorbell sound is very annoying and loud
11- There is very little counter space in the kitchen
12- The super intendeds are not very experienced
13- There is a big trash can behind the building, and it makes a big noise whenever they put in or take things out of it

Nice place to live. Apartments are spacious, clean, although some of the appliances could use some updating. Electronic rent paying is a plus. Lots of families, neighbors are all very nice and pleasant. Office staff is friendly and responsive. On-site facilities have their own snow plows and clean up the parking lots pretty quickly after snow storms.

Quick response time when maintenance issues arrive however, no advance notice was given when people would be entering my apartment. I came home from work one day and the repair was just done.

Downsides: Pool usage is not included in rent. A "season" pool pass is $60, and this year the pool wasn't even open until July 1. Model unit is way, way nicer than the actual units. Kitchens are not updated, with very little counter space. My unit's floorplan showed a "pantry" in the kitchen--there were no shelves in it, so it was basically just a closet. Return of security deposit was over a month after move out.

So generally speaking, it's a nice place to live and I'm satisfied. Those few small pain points are why I can't give the place five stars.

As a new entrant in USA was a bit skeptical about selecting the place to stay . But I am glad that I made the right descion . Perfect location amazing atmosphere the leasing office very supportive . Best place to stay . very close to lot of Indian stores , restaurants , temple and close to lake Parsippany

Best place to live , everything is close by great for Indian brown people it’s a brown neighborhood with a lot of South Indian people with great culture very peaceful people

Overall a solid place to live. Nice community, close to a lot of places and the highway, if you need to go to work. The only issue is that the township of Parsippany is not safe to travel around in unless you drive and even the driving is erratic and chaotic. There have been four fatalities due to car accidents in four months (three including pedestrians - one was an 8 year old boy on a bike who was killed about a mile from this apartment complex). I used to enjoy this town but it is no longer safe to live in.
