3 stars because the room and location was good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

I gave 2 stars for service because the service was hit and miss, some people like the person working the breakfast deserve 4 stars while some people deserve only 1.

I booked the room online for my wife and boys on the 29th of November so they could stop and rest for the night on their way home from Oklahoma. I called ahead because I paid with a card she doesn't have with her and is in my name, when I got through I was immediately asked to hold and said sure. They then didn't put me on hold correctly and I sat and listened as they finished the person at the counter then spent 20 minutes talking to their boyfriend while I tried to get their attention before they were interrupted by another person at the counter and finally after over 30 minutes of waiting they remembered I was there. Once they finally started working with me they were friendly and helpful and took the appropriate information so that they could check my wife in so she wouldn't have to show a card she didn't have and printed out my wife's room key.

3 hours later when they showed up the person at the counter argued with my wife that she wasn't checked in and didn't have a reservation. My wife called me to help clarify, this person would not listen as I tried to explain the phone call I had made earlier and ignored the 3 times we said that she was already checked in and just needed the room key. She was rude, she tried to tell us my wife was in the wrong state because "AZ is Arizona" but the email confirmation didn't use state codes it spelled out Arkansas. Eventually they found my wife's reservation and room key and hit us with "Oh, she was already checked in" in a condescending tone as if we hadn't already told her that then she tossed the key at my wife. My wife then had to ask for the room number.

It isn't the kind of experience you want at midnight after driving for 11 hours when you are alone with 3 kids.
