Had this company come out nine times to repair my central heating. The first time they came out to repair my system it worked for one day. The second time they came out they fixed another issue worked for a few hours. Then the owner Alex, comes out, he tells me that there's a carbon dioxide leak in my system and I need a new Central heating. I asked Alex, why didn't your first few times you come out to our house find that there was a carbon monoxide leak he just shrugged his shoulders like oh I don't know. This is unacceptable answer!!! I feel like this company only wants to take money from the customer not true interests of being there for the customer. And the contractors they sent out it don't speak English very well it's very broken it's hard to understand, not good customer service.

We got a second opinion calling JW plumbing they were exceptional. Got to the bottom line of the issues.

Thanks to the technicians from COMFORT ZONE HEATING AND AIR PLUS my ac was fixed quickly and professionally. Technicians diagnosed the issue, got the part quickly and had my AC working within 30 minutes of arrival. Thanks to Marina who provided professional A++ customer service over the phone. I had Comfort Zone install a new HVAC system in my home for $23,000.
The Goodman system they put in is very noisy and freezes up after just an hour of use.
Hamlet came out and said there is nothing wrong with the system or installation but I need new ducts for an additional $6,000!
Why wasn’t I told this when they originally came out to bid the job?
Also I got another contractor out to evaluate the job and they said they said the installation was bad and my ducts are ok. Apparently Comfort Zone didn’t install a filter because the coil they put in was too big.
I’ve repeatedly tried to talk to Hamlet and he refuses to return my calls.
I think this is a shoddy business that doesn’t stand by its work. Would never work with them again!

My AC broke yesterday, Hamlet came out to repair it and it was past repair. One day, that's all it took to replace the unit. David and Hamlet had it running in 3 hours. The guys are amazing honest, well priced and really nice guys. Definitely an heating and air company to use.

Great company, excellent work, on time. Hamlet the technician was perfect. He’s like a doctor for your HVAC! He even called me the next morning to make sure everything was perfect. Marina in the office was also a pleasure to work with. A+ to this company.

Great work!. Communication was awesome.and they replaced my air conditioning unit via Sesrs Home Warranty asap. Very happy and highly recommended. Costs was minimal compared to price with no home warranty.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT (insert folded arms, glaring eyes, and a foot stomp) schedule service with THIS company (read the Yelp reviews for further confimation. I scheduled service via my home warranty plan for 9/8/17, with a service window between 1-5 p.m. On the day of expected service at 3:50 p.m. I called the company to determine their ETA. I was assured they would arrive closer to 5. Approximately one hour later, I received a call to reschedule for the following day. I was then assured I would be first on the list the following morning; however, they arrived around 11:30. The service itself seemed pretty good; however, my unit is still not cooling off the house as it should. I contacted my home warranty plan/CZ for a follow-up service call. The follow up was scheduled for today (Wed), between 2-6. It is 6:00 and they have yet to arrive or even call. This is obviously a no show. This company by far has the WORST customer service and absolutely NO CONSIDERATION for their customers, especially those who had to make work arrangements to be home. I plan to file a complaint (and attach all the complaints via Yelp and Google) with my home warranty company. This has to stop! What makes THEIR time more valuable than OURS?
There are companies who take the time to exhibit professionalism and are more deserving. Even family owned businesses must hold one another accountable. Shame on you!!
