This hotel was very clean and is located off the main road surrounded by very nice homes. It was very quite. The parking lot had plenty of lights and the breakfast was good. The staff was also very helpful. I would recommend.

My family and I used this establishment during family weekend at IU Bloomington while visiting our son. The hotel was approximately 45 minutes from campus. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. We didn't use any of the amenities outside of our room. The rooms were comfortable with a great shower!

The only issue we had with this establishment was the housekeeping. They came early & if you asked them to come back in as little time as 5 minutes it was a wrap; they didn't return. Even after we left the room for the day & returned later that evening they still didn't come by.

During our 3 day visit our room wasn't clean once. We were lucky to be staying on the first floor right by the towel storage area and apparent laundry room so we were able to go & get our own towels.

So if you're staying there & they stop by, let them in or else you will not see them again. Hence the 4 stars!

Several disappointments - promised breakfast but there was none, promised a pool but it was so cold no one could use it, the bathroom was dirty and the shower dripped all night; then a week later they double-charged me for my stay. Filed a dispute with my bank and notified Visa today. Won't stay with Marriott again - too many other options to go through this again; my family deserves better.

Arrived on a rushed visit for 2 days to see family. Tried the bath in the morning but the shower was broken and there was no hot water. We did not have time to report it immediately but reported it well before checkout time. We were told to refer our complaint to our booking agent, Expedia, which we did when we got home. The manager responded there was nothing she could do as we had not reported it during our stay (we did). We should have received an apology and a partial refund, at least.
As can be seen from the response below, this complaint was not even read by the management. What was once a decent hotel is now rundown and shoddy with inefficient management.
We had stayed at this hotel previously but will never again use Marriot anywhere!
