Stayed here on business. Bed was clean but there were some small stains around the room, and the ceiling looked like there was a crime scene upstairs. Lots of ladybugs, but no roaches like some other reviewers saw. Pillows were terrible, and my room was illuminated all night by a light in the parking lot as the curtains did not close. Staff was nice but overall would not recommend.

Stayed here for work and the lady at the counter had ear buds in blaring music with no customer service attempt at all. The room she then put me in had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. I then went to address the issue and the lady was very rude, didn’t take her earbud out, no sorry, no customer service, and just threw a new room key on the counter and didn’t make eye contact. Will not be staying here again.

Stayed her in July for an event. There was some stains in the halls and you could tell its an older hotel. Staff seemed nice and the breakfast was decent, though a pitcher of water instead of just juice, coffee and milk would have been welcome. There wasn't really an odd smell in the halls but the room was musty smelling and the whole hotel had a slightly damp smell/feel...like something that had flooded and never completely dried. Room appeared clean, no cockroaches, bed bugs or mold that we saw, but then I never opened the microwave or looked in the AC vents. It's not the worst place I have ever stayed and it did serve the purpose for one night.

Roach bodies and trash in the drawers. Cigarette ash in the silver warehouse tray and burns around the room. Obviously no one has vacuumed in a while. Dirty dishes and some funky smells in the room. Counters have crumbs, and God knows what on them. Lamp is missing a light bulb. I truly regret not reading the reviews before booking but I was driving at the time. Place was not very welcoming and filthy ? $130 wasted for what roaches and possibly bed bugs. I hope this helps someone so they don't make the same mistake I did.

Staff is friendly but the rooms are rough. Not super clean. Felt like the bedding needed washed. Beds are very worn. Breakfast not great. Pancakes/waffles very runny. Cereal stale. Eggs were overly done. Biscuits were hard.

I'm not sure why the bad reviews. I had a perfectly good stay here and for the price it couldn't be beat. Clean room, prompt attention at check-in (the free cookies at check-in was quite nice too!), ample towels and larger-sized toiletries, and the breakfast bar had enough variety for anyone. I had this King room; also included a mini-fridge and microwave, which was very much appreciated since the dinner I took-away from the nice bar & grill next door was huge.

Never again!! Use to stay here whenever in town so decided that I’ll stay again even though it’s been over a year. First room had mold on the bed second room had cockroaches come out the microwave. I was refunded and left asap. So sad because this was a nice place for your dollar

This place looks nothing like the pictures.
There was black mold in the vent of the air conditioner and what looked to be a dead molded mouse stuck under the vent. When the ac was turned on, it was giving off a vics vapor rub menthol smell vert badly. When I told the front desk, she was very passive-aggressive, then proceeded to tell me that the people who clean the rooms live in the hotel and do not do their jobs. The room was very unclean and very unsanitary. Other people's hair was literally stuck onto the shower walls.
She gave us a different room, but before I took the room, I asked her to go open the room so I could get a visual inspection. The room did not smell of vics vapor rub menthol and looked to be very clean, and there was no black mold in the ac vent. There was a HUGE difference than the one we were in, so I took it........ UNTILL...... after my wife and I moved all of our things into the other room, I turned the ac on and guess what..... vics vapor rub menthol smell once again...... whatever, right...... wrong...... i then pulled back the bedding to get into bed and found a dry cheerio in the bed.... that's right, cereal..... so my wife said that's because they didn't change the sheets, so just pull the sheets and bedding and go ask the lady to get you a clean set. So I pulled back the sheet, and what did I find..... A BLOOD SOAKED/STAINED MATTRESS..... that's right, and I took pics to prove it. So I went back down to the front desk and made her follow me to see what I had found, and she was even shocked. We couldn't run fast enough from that god-awful place. They refunded my money, trust, and believe I had my bank all over it just in case they decided not to go through it. Take a look at the pics for yourself.
