Siendo un oficiante de bodas y Quinceñeras bilingües, he trabajado con Cecilia, dueña de este salón de banquetes, por muchos años y son EXPERTAS, maestras profesionales en lo que hacen. Todos mis clientes de bodas y de Quinceñeras siempre han tenido hermosos eventos en este lugar. Cecilia es paciente, conocedora, profesional, comprensiva y tiene buen ojo para la decoración.

My mother had her 60th birthday party there and the best thing about the venue was the beautiful colors, decor and place settings. It was beautiful. However...unfortunately that was the best part. Knowing what she paid makes it hard to accept alot of the things that I noticed. As far as food goes, it was just o.k. I was really disappointed in the instant mashed potatoes and the extremely soggy fried chicken. I helped her pick the menu and was looking forward to those 2 things specifically. My suggestion would be to leave the lid off the chicken so that it doesn't steam itself into a soggy mess. My other suggestion would be to go the extra mile and use fresh mashed potatoes versus boxed. There is a huge difference. The lemonade bowl was dripping the entire time and we had to put a bowl on the floor to catch the drip. Aside from that there was a security guard with fake plastic handcuffs on his hip which, who can take that seriously? At the end of the event, I had to ask the security guard to locate someone to box up the food. A guest wanted to take home the salad and was told by an elderly woman that she could not use the plastic plates that were on the table by the buffet. I'm not sure why they were there then if not to use.They are fancy dollar tree looking plates and it made our guest feel uncomfortable. The worst part was the sound. There was a party in the next room with a DJ that disrupted our entire party on and off. We were playing bingo and couldn't even hear ourselves talk due to the loud bass and music that was thumping outside the room. My mom tried to address it and was told that the party hired a DJ and so there was nothing that could be done. I don't know how anyone could be o.k. with such loud disruptive music during such a special event. Every party is important and should be treated as such. They need to do better with sound control when 2 or more parties are booked at the same time. I wanted to love this place. I really did. I'm really big on supporting local and small businesses but this one I would not recommend unfortunately. $2800 for 40ish people is alot of money to me. That didn't even include the expected tips for the staff that we barely seen. I really hope this feedback will help the owners to do better because I love my city and I want all the businesses here to thrive. However, great service is something that takes extra effort and I just didn't experience that effort as a guest here.

I give them a one star cuz the security was rude to my cousins i was heading back from my car to get something but they didn't let my cousins in so I recommend not coming to this place same on the security guard
