Our experience took a dramatic turn from terrible to fantastic! When my son and I checked in, we were assigned a room on the second floor. Unfortunately, as soon as the elevator doors opened, we were greeted by an overwhelming fog of cigarette and marijuana smoke that made it hard to breathe and see. ||||Upon entering our room, we found it equally unpleasant smelling in there as well, prompting us to head back to the front desk. Fortunately, the woman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and moved us to a first-floor room, which turned out to be a perfect choice. This room was immaculate and appeared to be recently remodeled, complete with new beds, fresh paint, and updated amenities. Best of all, there was no odor whatsoever.||||I’m not sure what is going on on the second floor or how it allowed to be that way, but it certainly could have turned into a nightmare weekend. I can't thank the staff member at the front desk enough for her help! ||||For future guests, I highly recommend confirming whether your room is on the first or second floor. Also, don’t miss the Stargate Diner just down the street—great food and a fantastic $29 complete meal deal for two. And if you’re in the mood for dessert, Smash N Dash Burgery next door has amazing milkshake specials!

My stay was supposed to be from Oct 9 to the 13th, 2024. I had to immediately check out at 945p, 10/11/24 because of multiple ROACHES seen, at the same time, in the bedroom! I saw the first one in the bathroom on 10/10 and killed it. Didn't see anymore. Then, there was one crawling on the wall by the desk, one on the floor and a few smaller ones on the nightstand!! NO WAY I could sleep there. As I was leaving, I thought I checked out officially with Sarah H. (But, she DIDN'T check me out on purpose. Lesson learned.) She was sympathetic and offered me a room on the 1st floor "with no roaches" (that's just impossible. One room has them, they all do.) They can get into your luggage and food and you can bring them home! I left and checked into another hotel for the remaining 2 nights. Since then, there was some email back and forth with overseas customer service and they're "So sorry!". I wanted a refund of 2 nights and they have REFUSED to give me one. So, they're not THAT sorry. This review will certainly cost them a lot more than 2 days stay but, they don't care. Find ANOTHER PLACE.

I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe room on the first floor. All the way in the back. My room included a jacuzzi tub In the room and a large bed. The tub was spacious and a lot of fun. The room was VERY affordable for my two night stay.

The continental breakfast was OK. But the eggs were fresh and they had a fresh waffle maker.

The rooms were very clean and the decor was fresh and bright. Our fridge did look like it had been through a war however and was missing a shelf, so we had to get creative with stacking.

The room was okay and I The front desk person was great when we checked in. but the breakfast was terrible. the person working it was rude. they must be out of money because they couldn't even afford paper plates or orange juice. I will not stay here again

Positive: From check in to check out everyone was super nice and friendly Negative: No. I read other reviews, and found them to be totally inaccurate. This hotel was very clean, no problemsat all. We would definitely stay there again when going to the ocean to relax.
