We love going to this campground! It has a playground, 2 stocked ponds for fishing, a boat ramp, and game area. All sites have a fire ring and picnic table. Nice, quiet, and relaxing. Highly recommend it!

Great place to camp with a tent, travel trailer, or rv. Lots of amenities. Restrooms with showers and a laundry on site.

This is a county run campground and was run very well. It was clean and the services provided were what you would want and expect. We camped in a camping trailer and had electric 50/30 amp available, also had water connection at the sites. There is a dump station available which was well situated, clean, and with restrooms adjacent to it which is nice to wash up afterwards.

This was a quiet spot during late December 2015. The campground host - Bob - was a great guy, and was very helpful. Lastly, the price per night was very affordable.

We were passing by and decided to check the Dead Lakes out. The views at the put in were limited, but it had been dry and the water was lower than usual, so we walked out a little ways to get a better look at the Dead Lakes. I would love to return with my kayaks. It is a beautiful and unique place. The campground was closed most probably due to hurricane damage. There was a viewing dock that was damaged too that is not usable.

This county RV/campground was so refreshing. We decided last minute to stop in Wewa to fish at Dead Lake and was able to get a spot without reservation. This is a first come, first serve RV park. And for $18/ night that was a plus! Our RV faced one of the 2 stocked ponds. There was a playground. Covered picnic area. Lots of swings around the pond. Nice boat dock onto Dead Lake. The camp host W.E. was so laid back. Gave a 4 star for showers. Needed new shower head or maybe pressure was low.

Love this park. Nice boat ramp and fish cleaning area. Ponds are loaded with fish. Very clean. Only drawback is no septic system at each space but host has lg. container and he will take to dump station for you or you may borrow it and dump it yourself.?
