WARNING: make sure to check your tires, breaks and things that are harder to get to. The back 2 tires were in the yellow and needed changed out, while getting tires changed my repair guy found that ALL 4 of the INNER brakes were so worn out that 2 of them were ruining the rotors. I have been warned by my guy(not Deery Brothers) this is not drivable until the work is done. I’m not even a month into owning this and I have not even made my first payment on this… Derry Brothers advised I drive 3 hours to have them do an investigation. They will not accept pictures from my service guy or his inspection. I can’t not believe that Deery Brothers would allow anyone to drive off their lot with that condition of a vehicle.
Craig was very polite and still treated me with the care he treated the other customer that he was working with… Even with the fact that I financed by myself. He made sure that I liked the vehicle, he got me set up with the app that goes to my car and followed up on the following days to make sure nothing came up!
Side note: The dealership was clean, and all the staff were smiles and friendly.

I’ve always thought Deery Brothers collision center was one of the best and have gone there every time I needed work done and have recommended them multiple times. Those days have came to an end, when we hit a deer with our four runner I again went there, when I got it back the front bumper didn’t fit, I said something and they tried to fix. After looking at it for several months and having a dealership want to take 2500 off the trade in allowance I reached out to my insurance company and they eventually corrected it. In my opinion a vehicle should look at good as new after being repaired. I’ll be taking my vehicles to Collision Center from now on! Not sure what you did, or who left, but the quality has definitely taking a hit! As far as the dealership itself is great, but the collision center not so much, it used to be!

As a former auto dealer myself, I only patronize dealers who do not overcharge (Toyota tax) with forced add-ons or fees. It’s rare in today’s (sellers) market. Why? Because they can. I’m happy to report that Deery Brothers makes the cut. Steve Donald was a pleasure to work with and the entire RAV4 transaction was quick, easy and transparent. Appreciate Steve staying past close on a Friday eve and not rushing any of the process. We also met the owner who was busily working / leading by example at a dealership who values customer relationships. Old school values that are appreciated and will ensure their success in the future.

I took our 2015 Nissan Rogue in for a recall service. Place is very clean, personal are friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area was very nice, clean, with refreshments. They did an inspection of the vehicle, which I didn’t even ask for, at no charge. The ole gal came back with a good bill of health other than some fluid changes they recommended. Well at 142k miles I’d have to agree that some fluids need to be flushed and refilled. I would definitely recommend Deery Brothers of West Burlington to anyone.
