This is the worst disc replay in the state of Indiana! Every time I’ve came in this store none of the employees speak when you come in. They stand around joking and playing. It seems like they only speak to their friends that enter the store. I wanted to get some posters for my game room and a few ps1 games. I stood in front of the posters next to register for several minutes. I would’ve grabbed them myself but they are behind a glass counter. So I’ll just go on Amazon and order them id rather support Jeff Bezos than give this place another dollar.

They have a large selection of games from every system and movies but not a lot of heavy hitters. Store is well organized. Staff are friendly and nice.

Sold me a reproduction cartridge for 50 dollars during my last game purchase and during the purchase prior to that I was sold a cracked disc which was a hassle to return. Can’t say I am overly impressed.

Edit/response to owner: purchases were made in 2023 but I did not find out that the game was fake until way after the return policy allowed a return. As such I have never returned to the store until the day i left this review because my son wanted to purchase a funko pop. Being in the store reminded me that i had never shared my experience. I was sold the broken disc using a discount for 10 in store visits which they would not let me use on another game despite being sold the cracked xbox 360 game so i was sold broken merchandise and not allowed to use the discount on anything else and the visit after was the reproduction gba cartridge for “Tales of Phantasia”. I understand i am well past the window for returns so I am just sharing my honest experience in your store and the fact that I never returned afterwards due to poor service. I assure you the purchases were at this location and actually happened as its a 40 minute drive for me to reach this location and I still have the reproduction cartridge on my desk.

Love this place, I'm here all the time with my friend, it's honestly a gift that we have something like this that's almost like a video store in a sense, I've sold and bought so many things here and I'm sure it won't be the last time I do.

Can't ever find anything I would like. Membership is a joke. Friendly staff. If customer base wasn't as big the place would close. Evryth8ng being digital might as well shop online . More options online. New controllers don't last more than 30 days. Used controllers last longer than new ones. Hidden fees. Crap return policy. If only they could hire people that knew what they were doing and not drug addicts. Telling people that a basic remote control for xbox s needs configured but this one doesn't just to make 10 $ more on a sale. Bogus. This place isn't for everyone, definitely not coming back myself. 😒

Disc Replay is always a nostalgic place to go. It's the closest you can get to Block Buster or Family Video. Nothing like a library of movies and video games at your finger tips. It's just sentimental over digital.
