Very long wait in line even though all the registers were open. Drinks were great. Kids had a blast. The manager gives me creeper vibes, watching young girls after checkout. 😝

Let me start with the positive. Our server while we bowled was Jacob and he was wonderful. Kind, courteous and funny.

Now the unpleasant part. The cost to bowl here is ridiculous! We were also thinking of doing the escape room but the manager looked at us like we had 3 heads for questioning the cost of that as well. $35/person for a HALF HOUR. We could have seen more of a value had it been for an hour.

While we were bowling, the pins malfunctioned and it took them 8 minutes to fix. When we brought this up and asked to get that time back they claimed the manager would only add 5 minutes back on. It wasn't necessarily about the 3 minutes but more of how we were treated. I would never recommend this place. Horrible experience other than Jacob. Jacob rocked!

Now I know a lot of people love this place but once again I have my own view here. I think it's a nice place, but some things are overrated. I enjoyed a night out for my birthday with family and friends. It was too crowded for my liking. You have bowling, the bar, and the gaming section with laser tag. All nice. Again, some of these things to me are overpriced. Then, after we patron your establishment and enjoyed some of the food that was offered on the downloadable menu, they made my family member take the cupcakes they brought for my birthday out the door because we didn't reserve one of the $500 dollars rooms. But wait, I wasn't going to let that ruin my fun, I still paid $180+ to bowl for 2 lanes, $119 for 20 pairs of shoes rented. To think I couldn't even enjoy a birthday cupcake inside. If you plan to hang out here, please bring your wallet.

Best place for fun. Managers and 850 team were very helpful and made us feel good. Their Turkey Wrap was delicious. Loved it

A great place for games, fun, adventure, bowling, and escape rooms! My party went bowling here but it was hard to not try everything else this building had to offer. First, this location is very clean cut and trendy, with the bowling alley featuring LED lights and comfortable seating. We had a great time bowling here for 2 hours and enjoyed some casual food! They have good food, and it was less expensive than I anticipated. They had a wide menu, but we just ordered their jumbo pretzel and chicken tenders/fries. Very good, especially the fries! Darlene’s helped us and was such a sweetheart, I would be glad to come back and be served by her. Try this place out! It does get much busier later in the night though, so maybe come earlier than 8.

Nice venue for having a good time with friends or family.
Ended up bowling for an hour, which cost $35. Shoe rental was extra. My husband and I were able to play three games, but had to keep the pace going to fit it into an hour. We also ended up buying a game card to play games. The game area had a few fun games, but we felt like it was lacking.
The puck for the air hockey table sucked. The puck kept sticking, so we weren't able to play fast (which is the whole point).
We did notice an axe throwing area, which we might try out another time. It was an extra $14-$15 per person. We didn't feel rushed and were able to enjoy ourselves. We went on a Tuesday after lunch.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went here 12/27 for a family outing and the service was abysmal. Everyone knows you pay an exuberant amount of money for 1 hour of bowling, so you’d expect the servers to get your order and bring your food in a timely manner. It took forever for the server to come the first time and once our orders arrived we only had about 15 minutes left of play. We ate while still playing and then ran out of time while we still had food and drinks to finish. While finishing our food (because that’s the only area where we can eat as far as I know) we were told that management were attempting to sell our booth (that hadn’t even been cleaned yet) so we needed to move. Mind you, there were two open lanes that we could see and no one was using them. They didn’t ask us if we were going to pay for another hour they didn’t ask anything just basically telling us to leave. We complained to the staff and finished our food before waiting on our last person to come back from the bar (they’d been waiting forever for their drink to arrive with the server so they went straight to the bar themselves) to retrieve their shoes. As we were getting up to go we notice that same staff came back with a manager (?) as if they were going to try to intimidate us into leaving. As we walk out, we notice there isn’t even another group waiting for our lane, they just made that up to get us to leave in my opinion. We were not being disruptive there were no complaints towards us from any other patrons, so I really do not understand what happened yesterday but it will not happen again. I will NEVER return to this establishment. I usually don’t leave reviews but this situation was so ridiculous I felt like I had to say something.
