They had a great selection of DVDs and video games. They aren’t taking DVDs anymore to trade-in or sell from customers. They have a lot of PS4‘s and they’re not taking anymore but they will take older consoles. Customer service, might take slow if there’s only one person there; to get a trade-in price, they may call or text someone and it’ll take 5 to 10 minutes.

DONT COME HERE. This place sells you things that don’t work.
I came with my partner and bought a PS5 controller and a video game for PS2. The controller ended up not connecting we tried everything to get it to work but it never did. Neither did the game, the disc didn't read on the PS2. We went back to return it within the 14 days with the receipt and the store associate even tried connecting the controller to a ps5 they had there and it didn’t work either. The manager still said he finds it “suspicious” that both didn't work and didn't take anything back. Not even an exchange which in the store it says exchanges are accepted within 14 days with a receipt. Both items were in the exact same condition we bought them. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a store. I hope people see this and spend their money somewhere else instead of throwing it away.

BUYER BEWARE

They do sell reproduction (fake) video games here for well above reproduction prices. Many of their disc based video games also come with reproduction cases and cover art, all of which are sold at full price.

That being said if you don't care about any of that the buy 2 get 1 free is a really good deal for modern video games and DVDs.

The costumer service is fine.

I have been shopping at this location for years and have NEVER had any negative experiences. Prices are adjusted accordingly based on rarity and the games are in very good condition. I have found some cool gems here which keeps me coming back for the luck of the find. Staff members have always been friendly and happy to help. As a video game collector, what I like most about this store is the retro inventory.

Do not purchase any items from this store. Go to a reputable video game/DVD retailer instead. The return policy is deceiving. All signs posted in the store state that exchanges are accepted for in-store credit for 14 days after purchase. Return restrictions are not listed anywhere in-store or on the receipt, and the cashier does not tell you the restrictions when purchasing an item. Exchanges are only accepted for defective items, which would be fine if this information was made clear at or before the time of purchase. Take your business to a more honest and deserving establishment.

Fair prices and cannot beat the “Buy 2 and Get 1 Free” deal on video games. And they have video games for retro consoles-PlayStation (1,2,3) & Nintendo Consoles (GameCube, N64, SNES) along with the consoles themselves.

I asked the clerk if one of the carts was a reproduction. He said “I don’t know” so I asked to see it. It’s 100% a reproduction. If you’re running a game exchange and can’t tell that you’ve got a fake (that bad) in your hands you’ve got some pretty bad issues going on. Charging legit eBay prices for reproductions, you should be ashamed.

You Can't Drive

They sell counterfeit cartridges, along with videogames with reprinted boxart (xbox,ps2,gamecube) and third party boxes (found a few of your games in 2nd and charles) at whatever ebay prices. Charging ridiculous prices for consoles with third party controllers and accessories. You can find a better deals outside (If those consoles work).

Just get what you need from ebay, and make sure to check prices before buying anything.
