Jay the owner of Eagle is a very nice person to talk to. Besides that, there is nothing good from the company or the quality of their work or the owner's creditability. We spent over $9,600 on two mini-split units installed in. We got to use the mini-split for about 3 months per year. From day one, it was nothing but problematic. Loss of refrigerant, refilled, damaged compressor (replaced twice), refilled, and refilled in those orders over the course of 3 summers. They missed so many promised appointments to fix and looked into it and the worse part owner failure to call back as promised. When they did, they had different service techs (because some quit or didn't have good thing to say about the company) or appointment was stretched out up to a month. Some never showed up or failure to keep appointments. After 3 summers of dealing with them, while the unit is still under warranty and they failure to address it, we ended hiring Gene's Heating and Air to come to track down the issue and had to paid $1,900 out of our own pocket to track down the problem and to refill refrigerant plus a portable AC unit ($500) while waiting the AC to be fixed. It turned out that they had a leak on the line from day one when they installed -- the fix was 30 seconds (see photo of the found solder leak)! My recommendation is that when things go well, they are fine but when problem arrives, don't expect them able to stand behind their work. By the way, their never attempted to track down where the leak for the three summers we reported the issues of AC failure. For Eagle Heating, may be get a refrigerant detector would be wise. Never saw the techs used one of those or attempted. We're considering filing a small claim court.

I highly recommend Eagle Heating and Air. We recently had them install a new AC unit and are very pleased with their competitive pricing, the quality of the installation and the very thorough service after the sale. It is also quite refreshing to see how rapidly they respond to phone inquiries. Many thanks to Jay, the owner, and Mark for going above and beyond.

They come off great at first until you need it serviced then lord help you. And I hope you didn't have a home warranty for any of this it only makes it worse. They really don't want to do the job then. Really it's just up to you by this point to get leg work done if you get this lucky.oh and the paperwork for the unit good luck getting it was left inside my heater cabinet with the door shut and locked the warranty card on the back included. Lucky. oh me. Must have really gotten the best on that one.

They had a technician over here at 8:25am---can you believe that! The technician I had was Josh. In all my years hiring furnace technicians, he was the very best. He told me very important tips that no one else has ever done. He even went outside to check the vents to see if they were clogged---Wow. I love Eagle. they are great!

I have a '99 gas furnace and had no heat one morning -a couple of problems with it and can't afford to buy a completely new unit. They gave me that option but didn't push. Eagle Heating and Air was very responsive within an hour! Then after almost a day it stopped again. Between Adam and Josh on both days and further troubleshooting, this unit gave everyone a run for the money, so to speak, but with their drive to get to the bottom of it- I had heat and still do!! I appreciated their care and professional attitude. Also, Reanna (I hope I got her name correct!) the phone contact is very personal and kind. I feel she truly cares never rushing me off the phone. Eagle HVAC was the best price I received out of 3 bids for a new furnace and A/C and I have not been disappointed after more than a year. They had to move my furnace from one place to another and add A/C that was never installed. Jay obviously was very knowledgable and had good understanding of what was needed to move my furnace when he came to look at the job. He told me details of what was needed and how. His crew that installed did a very good job (installed April 2021). Service after the install has been very good. Corey did an amazing job of making sure my a/c was performing correctly after it was not cooling my home sufficiently and found the reason for it. We had a misunderstanding about how much work they cover after install and for how long. We worked it out to our mutual agreement. (I would make sure to ask questions so you understand what is included after the install with any issues you may have after the fact and for how long after the install - of course, with any company you choose).

Their staff is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely trust them to do a great job.
