Pretty disappointing experience. I'm from out of town and wanted to try out the different things the Sandbox Social had to offer. Everything was a blast until I tried out the PC gaming. Any game I tried, even the super popular ones like Warzone or Apex Legends, needed to be updated. I paid for an hour and spent 50 minutes just trying to update the systems. Eventually I just gave up. To be fair, this issue happens for a lot of similar kinds of places. I wish you didn't have to pay for the time that you spent.updating games or logging into your various accounts.

At least it looks like you cleaned up a bit in the gaming area but you care more about the rest of the establishment than about there.. computers still slow, prices raised (as predicted) and kids still allowed unsupervised if under 16. You're in the mall and NOT above the rules.

Congratulations on the food and drink stuff, yeah not anything affordable and it's family friendly over there?

I am glad this is working out for you guys but it's not a place I'd recommend to anyone.

I love this place! This place could use better internet connection sometimes as the pcs are slow, but that’s fine as you can do other stuff while the games are downloading/updating. This place can get a bit loud on the weekends sometimes, but honestly I bear through it. There’s this very specific group pf people, I don’t know if they are above 18 or not, but they are very racist sometimes and it bugs me. But other than that, this place is ok. They made sure you can’t bring in outside food or drinks which is nice, kind of. I want to sometimes bring in my food as I don’t want to eat in fast food place or whatever. Thank you to the workers at E-bash with their dedication to E-bash

Above and beyond what I expected. Pinball, arcade, axe throwing and mini golf all at reasonable prices. I

I have held my both my sons' birthday celebrations at this establishment, and I must say that for any of you with children that love to game, this is the place for you. I really felt like I got a lot of "bang for my buck". My kids and their friends and cousins all had a blast. They let us order pizza to have delivered and even offered me the napkins and plates we needed as I had forgotten ours at home. The guy working the counter was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was so great with the kids! He was very patient with them I wish I had made a mental note to write down his name though so I could give him the acknowledgement he deserves.

So I took my step son there on 01/27/2023 @ 5pm for his birthday. Also had two of his friends come as well. The price for all of us to play for 3 hours wasn’t terrible. I payed the fee and the gentleman took our info for the logins. We chose to play on PC and proceeded to walk over to the pc section. Upon arriving at the stations, I first thing we all stopped and noticed how disgusting everything was. The mouse pads, the tables and keyboards looks as if they never get cleaned. There was crumbs, debris and just horrendous amounts of stuff all over I even took pictures. Another group of kids came over next to us and the first thing they said before sitting down was how nasty they all looked. I find this ironic for all the covid regulations they have posted on their website. The sign in process on the computers were easy I give them that. Every game we tried needed an update and the computers are not very fast, so you are stuck losing game time for the updates. Another thing that was kinda of annoying was the guy at the counter was watching some stream and had it so loud I couldn’t hear it clearly from the back with my headset on. But overall how dirty everything was is why I give such a bad review, wouldn’t hurt to have employees take a day or two a week to wipe down the stations and clean out the keyboards. Maybe replace a mouse pad or two here and there.

Waited until I had been there a couple of times to write a review. And I can say the staff and facilities are great. Plenty of PC's and consoles for people. Two things you should consider, if you bring in food, you can't take it back to the gaming area. And they don't have to many pairs of headphones so you may want to bring your own.

This is a great place for kids to meet up and play video games they may not have, or if they just want to talk in person. Prices are not too high, and the lock-in is great value. The only problem is there have been some rude employees or some that do not seem to care about the customer as much as they should.
