From the receptionist to the very end what a class act! Super service by Eric Pico. Got to the seasonal service with friendly overview of our system and the benefits of having the seasonal service twice a year heating and a/c. He got to working, enjoyed his job which made me appreciate his work more. Efficient is right!

workers arrived on time---went thru the entire system--changed filter pads and advised system wsa in good working order. advised to make another appointment for summer inspection which I will do in the near future.
