I have to tell the truth I bought a Bar Stainless, Steel, and I bought six chairs 25 years ago from this company. They still look brand new you buy quality in encore your dollar value is important and they have the best of the best by far wouldn’t go anywhere else I’ve gotten a pool table from them a bar stools kitchen chairs. Ask for Lynne and you’ll have an individual designer to guide you through colors, style and all choices. We’ve gotten stools three different times and they are super comfortable and beautiful! I just recently brought my cue in to repair a broken tip. Not only did they repair the tip to perfection, they also shaved the top down and cleaned the tip area and whole shaft. It was my father's cue passed down after he passed and it is smoother than I ever remember it being. Thank you very much for a job well done. I'd recommend getting your cue repaired here to anyone.

We had an older pool table that needed to be taken apart and put aside until new flooring was done in the game room, The guys at Encore came quickly and did a great job making the flooring guys job easy. They came back as soon as the floor was done and had us up and running in no time. Great people to work with!! I would highly recommend the whole team, in the office and on the job!

Lovely place for Pool, Billiards and general game room products. They have a wide assortment of Pool tables, cues, dart boards, card tables, etc with lights and fixtures. I bought a set of pool cues from online but had questions about weight and tip that my online retailer was not able to answer nor address. I only had the option of returning the items with me paying the shipping for both ways. Encore answered my questions, measured and inspected my cues and gave me all related pertinent info. They knew I bought the equipment elsewhere but they gave me straight forward advice. I appreciate the service and will try to give Encore my business. Check them out. I was pleasantly surprised.
