My husband and I have completed every room at Entrap, and we make sure to go back and bring friends whenever they come out with a new room. The experiences are very well-designed and immersive, and I love the wide variety of locks and creative mechanisms. We do escape rooms in other cities when we travel, but Entrap has still been our favorite. We recently completed the new Giuseppe's Playhouse room and loved it! The experiences make great gifts for birthdays and other occasions, and the friends that I've taken have always thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fun escape room. We did LiCastro's Lair which was a vampire themed room. It was a tough room for 3 people. The host was great and tried to keep us on track and moving forward through the clues. At the end you get to write your names on the walls.

I've done all four rooms (Off Limits, Licastro's Lair, Bunker, and Giuseppe's Playhouse). I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the puzzles and the courtesy of the staff each time. I highly recommend Entrap for a fun time with family or friends!

We completed Giuseppe’s Playhouse with 7 minutes-ish to spare, 4 adults. However, overall experience was mediocre for the below reasons:

1.) It’s new and I get that but desperately needs to be refined. One of the puzzles was broken so bad the manager had to come into the room mid-game, find out it was broken himself, then hand us the next item to advance in the game. We wasted 20 minutes on it.

2.) The clue system is quite poor. You can’t see the clue in its entirety. The screen that flashes the clue cuts off the clue at the beginning AND end of the sentence, so you waste more time trying to decipher half a clue that you can’t see.

3.) The gamemaster was not attentive at all. The clues also took too long to populate. It’s like the game master stepped away from the desk or something. That was disappointing. E.g we would ask for a clue, and she took soooo long that we eventually solved it before she responded.

As a whole, I would give it 4/10 compared to other escape rooms in bigger cities. The staff is nice but our gamemaster wasn’t facilitating the game very well. I feel people go to escape rooms for the experience and the immersion, which for us was ruined when the manager walks in and hands you the clue. I think once they work out the technical kinks & hire more competent gamemasters, the actual concept has really great potential. They felt bad enough that they refunded us (read: we didn’t ask for one). I hope they see this and take the time to improve.

Had a great experience with our 14yr old daughter and her friends for her birthday. Owners and staff were beyond accommodating and helpful. Can't wait to see more of their unique puzzles they have coming up and will definitely be making more visits!

What a fun place! The rooms are not easy and they are a lot of fun! It took us about 51 minutes to get out and there were 7 of us. I would recommend going her with a group or a couple. You will not regret it.

We had a large group and we did the Missing Musician room. It was super fun and the staff was nice, helpful, and accommodating. We solved with only 15 minutes left, we'll definitely be back to try the other rooms!

This was a first escape room experience for my group of 6. We started on the beginner and finished just in time. It was a great time, and was even fun for our kids too.
