I’ve done several escape rooms and this one was by far the worst. If you want to just waist your money definitely come here. We went last night and got screwed out of our money. We had the whole thing figured out. Entered the right stuff but nothing would work. After we ran out of time, we came out and complained. The lady behind the counter refused to explain anything, just wanted us to sign a receipt. We refused to sign it until someone could show us what we did wrong. Finally some other lady came in. Went into the room by herself, we were not allowed we were told to stay where we are, and after 10 minutes she said everything works fine. We went into the room and turns out everything worked then. Weird. Save your money, frustration, and time

Took my wife for our 1st ever escape room for our 24th anniversary. We didn't end up escaping. But we still had an AMAZING and FUN time! We will definitely be going back.

This was very disappointing and overpriced. We did the “hardest” one and it was a room full of shelves with superglued bottles on it. Many props were irrelevant to the game and the room was super small, lacking decor. $70 for two people to get a hint through a baby monitor that can’t stay on the wall? The directions were very misleading and we could barely understand them from the game master at the beginning as she talked so quickly, almost as if she couldn’t wait to get back to her front desk. We finished with 30 minutes left and expected there to be more. We needed confirmation that we were done. Extremely disappointed, and we won’t be coming back. Better way to spend $35 per person. Do yourself a favor and hire a 10 year old to come up with a better puzzle in your basement and more professional looking set ups. I felt scammed at the end of it. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

We came here as 1st time escape room participants. It is in the basement of the building. The guy who greeted us was nice and informative. My friend picked the spy scenario which ended up being the hardest one there. We were not able to complete it but it was a lot of fun and we would go back and do it again. The cost was pretty reasonable at $35 a person. The only complaint we had was that the entry door to the escape room told us to go to a different door which was locked. It made us late to our session. But overall it was fun and worth it for us.

Super disappointed. I've been to two other escape rooms. Both went above and beyond with decor and interactions. Escape chambers didn't even try and charged $35 a person. Hot glued props with half the items in the room not even relevant to the end of the game. The size of the escape room was smaller than a bedroom. I thought i was locked in a prison cell with some fake potion bottles on shelves. Finished in 30 minutes with help from the baby monitor guide. Looked at my girlfriend at the end and couldn't believe it was over. Do not waste your time with the escape room.

It was okay. They do not appear able to accommodate 2 people groups very well. I have been to much better escape rooms before and they were better organized. The employees kept complaining that they cannot hear us very well, no live guide onsite, no greeter, everything is done through a baby monitor. Not going back.

Overall disappointed with our first and likely last experience here at the escape room. We did enjoy the challenge of the room itself, however, our customer experience was suboptimal. It was a Saturday evening so we understood that they were busy, however, our room manager was extremely rude to us in the process. When we were stuck and needed a clue, we called repeatedly to ask for help and waited for over 10 minutes for a response. We eventually had to leave the room and go find an employee for help. We were told our time would be paused to make up for this, however, it never was. When we did finally get a response on a clue, the answer was short and abrupt and was clear our room moderator did not know the answer herself as we asked follow up questions and were ignored. When we tried calling back we never got a response. We ended up figuring out the room by luck and when we hit the “button” to escape the room there was no response for another 5 minutes so we weren’t sure if we were actually done. We asked the monitor to explain the last step to us as we didn’t understand how we guessed it by luck in which we were told they were too busy to explain anything to us and we had to leave, even though we had 5 minutes remaining on our room clock still. Extremely disappointed with the rude customer service this evening.

This place was a real blast! When you first arrive, you wonder if this is the right place but sure enough it is! The one thing we found challenging was parking. ALL the street parking was taken and there were reserved parking signs EVERYWHERE! We finally found a spot but I'm pretty sure we weren't supposed to park there. Anyway, once entering the check-in process was very simple, since we did as asked online and everyone completed our waivers online! We have our names and went to the waiting area. The waiting area was very nice, coffee shop type of feel with glass windows that allowed us to see into the area where we would play. Once being herded into the staging area we dropped everything we didn't want to take on the course with us (sweatshirts, hats, phone, keys, etc.) on what could be best described as a small wooden patio and then we got to watch a cheesy instructional video, but it was informative. After that we got a good bit of instruction for a young gentleman that was very no nonsense. While he was talking you got s good look around but there was SO much of the structure hidden that you could feel the excitement mounting! After instructions were complete we walked around through some of the course doorways to walk past a counter and get our laser rifles and head bands. I was glad to see they were wirelessly connected allowing full and free movement! Though the rifles were plastic, it was NOT a cheap feeling plastic! They have a nice digital display on the side to give you round and magazine information. They make a realistic firing sound every time the trigger is pulled and some of the guns even had simulated recoil! So we headed to our base which was in a corner on the top level, OH YEA, did I mention it's two stories! Anyway, your base has a small black box that when you get killed, if the game allows, you can respawn there by simply walking near the box. While heading to our base the official tells us we cannot use the stairs to get between floors! We have to use these strange 4 foot drop steps with a padded 2x4 grab bar above to move between levels. This sounded weird to me but strangely it worked very well. And there was absolutely no running allowed. This felt like it would be a hard rule to follow but everything was so tight that it didn't seem hard AND there were several times I turned a blind corner and was glad to be moving slow, otherwise me or a fellow player probably would have gotten an accident broken noes. They had several games for us to play: team slayer, snipers, king of the hill. We only got 4 games in in our 1 hour allotment. But they were fun, action packed and fast paced! They were very nice and let us take ample pictures of our group once we were done playing. I would rate this as my best laser tag experience by far. Though it seems a bit pricy, it is well worth the additional cost! AND FILL YOU WAIVER OUT ONLINE BEFORE ARRIVING! Save both their staff and yourself a bunch of headache!
