Went as a family of 4 with kids ages 18 and 20. We had a blast! Loved the Mexico theme and found the room creative and fun. Also enjoyed the person watching over us knew when we needed a hint (even though we didn't ask for them, but we would have just been stuck for ages otherwise) and when to just leave us be. Really fun!

We chose the "Hidden Temple" room and we had an absolute blast!
Managed to finished 15 mins early. We enjoyed so much that we wanted to book a 2nd one for the afternoon but they were fully booked! Hidden temple is one of the best escape room we have done - it was interactive, details were on point and we liked all the aspect of the last room! However, we sometimes felt like the clues on the tab were given a little too early - we felt several time like we could have managed with a little extra time (as we finished early) and that we were very close to figure it out. Otherwise, we would 100% recommend as we were a group of 4 and we want to go again!

Great experience in the "crown jewels heist". Our host Kai was great, helpful and enthusiastic. He explained everything before we started. It done two other rooms here area 51 and the hidden temple which were great fun. This time we didn't escape before the timer ran out. But was good fun anyway

The Hidden Temple was a taxing challenge but very rewarding once we managed to escape. Our host Monty explained everything perfectly.
Delighted to have completed with 20 minutes to spare!

This is possibly the 12th escape room that I’ve done now, and sadly it was the worst. Cannibal cabin, despite the visuals being really great the actual room itself lacks any real challenge. Just a bunch of locks and codes thrown together. Unlock this, here’s a key for something else that unlocks that… so on so forth. Of course I don’t want to ruin it but the second room I’m sure had some locks that did nothing, and a tap with sharp metal on the piping which cut my finger. Also very dark - too dark that you need a torch or your phone light for much of it which is no good if you’ve locked your phones in the lockers (or run back downstairs to get it!). The ‘cannibal actor’ was supposed to come in the room 3 times (so we were told by the room master employee) but only came in once, I was looking forward to more frights to be honest! All in all it didn’t really have much flow or make sense, it felt when we asked for a clue no one was listening, and why didn’t the cannibal come in a couple more times to try and jump us. Disappointing to be honest.

Hands down, the best escape room I've ever been to, this is my 2nd visit to the Windsor Escape Experience, and both times have been fantastic. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone in to make the rooms realistic, exciting and fun. We have recently completed the Cannibal Cabin room, it was an adrenalin rush to say the least! One thing would have made it better - to have the option to pay for a video of our session, we must have looked a right state!!

Having done a few escape rooms before we were very disappointed. There was meant to be someone who crept in to scare us 3 times, this only happened once. It was so dark if you didn't have a phone torch you wouldn't see to open the locks. It wasn't very interactive and we finished with 18 minutes to spare (certainly not because we're clever). It's such a shame because the reviews we had looked at promised so much more

We found the experience exciting and full of challenges. Lovely staff with good personality and a welcoming setting. The rooms were well presented and good quality with interesting puzzles that were unique and non repetitive. Would definitely go again.
