very fun game! we played the grinch and it was great to get in the christmas spirit ? wasn’t too hard i played with one other person but we are very experienced. Mariah (i hope that’s how you spell it) was our GM and she was so friendly and great at hints.

Kordell with a "K" (we found that out and so did his coworkers lol) did a great job as a game host on Saturday the 16th. We came with a group of 6 all family members experience ranging from first time, to 3-5, 70+ and 90+ rooms done and we all had a great time. It was fun with the live actor in Rave Escape, he scared a few of us pretty good a few times.

At the time of this post they have a 30% discount going until the end of the month and it's something you should take advantage of. It's a great price point and for the fun and good times you'll have you should try it out.
Also for you Morty app users, it currently has Rave Moon escape room set as a public not private room, I called before booking and they indeed are private room bookings. (I know many ppl look at this before so wanted to let others know)

Being a live actor scare factor involvement like many rooms like this, the room isn't that difficult but you will enjoy it. It was perfect to help build confidence in our first timer and for another family member who hasn't been as hands on before. Also the staff in general are very nice and eager to hear about your experience and commentary so they too can improve and give others a better experience. They are awesome!

Edit: came back to do operation Grinch and it was a blast! Thank you Johnny! Thank you Kordell! It was great with plenty to do and I got plenty of training to work with Santa!

It was so scary but I had so much fun. Best escape room ever. Kordell was so sweet and nice, Johnny was super cool and Samuel was great. I’m coming again because of them and the super cool experience

Susan and Cordel were amazing. My husband and I went on a date night and this was a perfect way to work and spend some time together. This was such a fun experience and with amazing staff. Highly recommend!

I decided to check out this escape room on a Friday night with a group of seven. Having had an amazing experience at their Fullerton location, I had high expectations--but this place was a huge letdown.

First, the logistics were frustrating. They have a poster outside with a QR code to sign the waiver, but the link didn't work. We called to let them know, and once inside, we had to scan another code to complete the waiver and text a number for hints. Not a great start.

We chose the "Rave Escape" room, and things went downhill fast. The first room was fine, but in the second room, the laser alarm wouldn't stop going off. Staff jumped on the intercom to tell us to push a button, well guess what that didn't work. We texted the staff, and Susan came in to try and fix it. She spent over 20 minutes attempting to turn it off, restarting the game twice, but nothing worked. We stood around doing nothing while she struggled, and ultimately, she just opened the clue for us to move forward. This was beyond disappointing--we lost a significant chunk of time and didn't get the full experience.

When we finally moved on, the final puzzles were okay, but the ending was anticlimactic. It felt like, "That's it? We're done?"

To make matters worse, their website advertised a "buy 4, get 2 free" deal, but the promo code didn't work. Incorrect advertisement on their website. After the game, I asked about it, and the staff confirmed I could have paid for 5 tickets instead of 7 for our group. When I asked for a refund for the overcharge, they refused, citing a manager's decision.

Considering we had to deal with a broken game, wasted time, and a lackluster experience, the least they could have done was honor their promotion. This location is a complete miss. Save yourself the headache and stick to their Fullerton spot--it's far superior in both puzzles and service.

We didn’t get a we completed under x about of time photo. We didn’t know what was our true escape time. Will not be returning.

The rave escape room was very fun and interactive. Had a blast for my bfs birthday, and grinch escape room was nicely done, very fun and whimsical. Thanks to our escape host Kordell for being kind, and helpful, and hosting a welcoming environment. You should go.
