Some of THE BEST escape rooms I've ever done. And I've done quite a few. I was so impressed with the friendliness of staff and the level of detail in the rooms. I ended up doing a few rooms and they were challenging, but appropriately leveled and the game masters were so flexible with what we wanted from them for clues. I never felt like they gave anything away and their clues were always themed/in character. Overall the experience was awesome and if you're looking for rooms to do in the area, make it happen!

We came in tonight to play Alien Terror and had so much fun. We were so impressed by the set and special effects, but what truly made this experience special was our stellar game master. Mark was so personable and patient with all of our questions during and after the game. He is a fantastic host and truly made the experience a 5 star one.

I’ve done about a dozen escape rooms through different companies now. Some have been very impressive. This one, by far the most impressive one I’ve done! The faculty was incredible, clean, and well kept. The staff was so friendly and professional. The room was advanced, well designed, and had the perfect amount of thrill! Our game master was Nick and he was phenomenal! Was in character, paid super close attention to what we were doing and was able to help get us on the right direction any chance we needed it. If I could give this another star, I would. They also have additional things like for $5 you could see the house of creeps monster museum and it has props from haunted houses, movies, and tv shows. It was also cool! I wish we were here during the haunted house season, I can only imagine how impressive it is!

We played the Alien Terror room and the room was so impressive. It was my group’s first time going through a spooky escape room and we loved how immersive it was. There were many times we were clutching onto one another like we’ve never done before!! lol! Great rooms— a must try!

Escape the Netherworld was a wonderful experience and, I cannot state this enough, has some of the best escape rooms I’ve ever been in!

I played two games: The Tiki Room and The Aliens Room.

The Tiki room was well designed and I give it the following ratings; Room design was a 10/10 (Wonderful job. No notes). Storyline was a 8/10 (a little lower since I was not paying attention, not really the room’s fault). Puzzle design was a 9/10 (I personally didn’t like how many maze puzzles were inside the room, but the overall puzzle design was well done and fit the theme).

The Alien room was INSANELY good! The following ratings: Room Design was 11/10 (Yes, it broke my scale. Holy crap). Storyline was 10/10 (Easy to follow along, made sense, and was entertaining). Puzzle design was a 10/10 (INCREDIBLE! THEMATIC! WELL THOUGHT-OUT!). I cannot stress this enough, one of the BEST rooms I’ve ever played. My brother almost peed his pants!

Our Gamemasters Tracy and Mark were wonderful!

Tracy was sweet and attentive. While playing the Tiki room, we had a little one with us and she made sure to take him into account. Thank you for the great night, Tracy!

Mark was a wonderful conversationalist. He was informative and patient as he let us bug him with a thousand questions. Once again, attentive and entertaining. Thank you for scaring the crap out us and giving us a little history lesson, Mark!

The rest of the staff were great as well! You can definitely tell that these people care for their job and the customers that step through their doors. I will definitely be back!

Alien Terror at Escape the Netherworld was one of the most intense and immersive escape rooms I’ve ever done. As a fan of sci-fi and horror, I was excited to see how the creators blended these elements, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
From the moment we stepped into the room, the set design transported us to a deep-space mining vessel on the edge of a black hole. The attention to detail was incredible, from the futuristic control panels to the eerie sound and atmosphere effects that heightened the tension.
The puzzles were challenging yet fair, blending logic, teamwork, and physical interaction. Some were linear, while others allowed multiple team members to work simultaneously, which kept everyone engaged. The use of high-tech props added to the futuristic feel and made solving each clue more satisfying.
Alien Terror is a must-try for escape room enthusiasts or anyone who enjoys horror and sci-fi themes. The combination of intricate puzzles, immersive design, and high-stakes tension makes this an unforgettable adventure.

My groups experience here is going to be hard to fit in one review. I’ll start with saying that the staff here is AMAZING. Every single one of them love their job and you can tell that they are treated well. We have done about 100 rooms on the East coast and NetherWorld is definitely in the top 5. The rooms are insane! We ended up doing all four in the same day. We are now the 1st place team getting out of Tiki! We loved them all but Tiki & Haunted were by far our favorites. The props and puzzles here go unmatched. There is also a museum that you can do which is very impressive itself. We will definitely be making a trip back to Atlanta to do any new rooms or experiences that NetherWorld comes up with.
