We asked for help for nearly 10 minutes before we had to walk out of our room and just leave. My family and I have done over 40 escape rooms together. This is by far our worst experience. Total waste of money. We literally got nothing done and no help. Horrible experience.

I will add, later on during our day I got an email. When I looked, it read that they were refunding us our money and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Apparently they was an issue with something. For that we will go back and try again someday.

We appreciate whoever that was!

I have played all the games at this Escapology and had the BEST experiences ! The lobby is the coolest Escape Room lobby I have ever seen- so much fun - both in the coffee table activities and the decor on the walls. Truly unique !!! I have played at least 15 Escape Rooms around the city (and while on vacation outside the city) and this experience offers THE BEST GAME MASTERS that know the game so well and offer the BEST clues! Ellie and Charity were SO fun and really made our experience 5 star. Scooby Doo and the Spooky Castle Adventure is definitely the most unique room with really fun puzzles to solve. Bringing a good team definitely makes this one my all time favorite for FUN! The Code has some really cool twists and turns and the room itself is spectacular! We also loved the unexpected discoveries in Antidote-some things we have never seen before in Escape Rooms. I cannot wait for the new room to be opened at this location ! The waiting is SO HARD ! Looking forward to seeing you all again SOON ! THANK YOU ALL !!!

Very cool decor in the front. Well-thought out escape room and love that it was authentic Scooby Doo. Great clues, entering worked except a Scooby snack that didn't want to come out. Definitely recommend as this escape room is better than most and worth the extra money.

The vibe of the place was really cool. The production value and back story of the room we did was great. Would have been the best escape room we had ever done but the whole experience was ruined. About 20 minutes in we got stuck and couldn’t figure out the next step for about 10 minutes. Turns out a key clue wasn’t in the room. Once we realized it they had to give us a bunch of clues and walk us through a bunch of steps. Completely took us out of the experience and ruined the whole game. Was offered an apology and nothing else. Me and my family will not return to this place and with so many other escape rooms out there I would recommend going elsewhere.

Super fun! I went with my siblings (ages 14-18) and we played the Antidote room; we escaped with 9 minutes left and needed a few hints. Overall great experience, and the decor was crazy cool!
