We recently enrolled our kids in the kids' survival class with Ethos Bushcraft & Survival, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the instructors were engaging, knowledgeable, and really knew how to connect with the kids. They learned so much—fire-starting techniques, shelter-building, and basic wilderness survival skills—while having a great time. The best part? Our kids can't stop talking about it and are already asking when they can sign up for another class! They said it was the best class ever, and we couldn’t agree more. I went to the weekender course and it was a fantastic experience. Learned so much in a short period of time and Jeff was a great instructor. Even if I struggled with something, he was very patient and would encourage and give tips on how to complete whatever I was struggling with.
This experience gave me even more interest in survival training and I plan to keep working on all of the skills I learned in my own time. I highly recommend Ethos Bushcraft & Survival to anyone interested in learning about Bushcraft and wilderness survival.

My husband and I went for the weekend survival course and it did not disappoint! Jeff was a great teacher and leader. The subjects were on par with enough hands on experiences. My only recommendation is to do a level 2 course where we get to implement everything we learned! 😀

I really enjoyed my weekend with Jeff & the GM Drew, who both have survival expertise. Jeff is able to break down big concepts into small chunks which is perfect for learning. There is so much knowledge to soak-in, I was mentally wiped by the end of the day. I walked away feeling I had the knowledge to develop the techniques into wisdom. Jeff has years and years of experience so learning everything will take time with practice. But it was such an empowering experience for me, I truly appreciate the transfer of knowledge. Thank you Ethos Bushcraft & Survival!

I took the Weekender Bushcraft and Survival Course, and it was phenomenal. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and so welcoming! As the only woman in the class, I felt completely comfortable the entire time! I learned more than I ever thought possible and had a blast doing it. I'd recommend this class to anyone interested in outdoor pursuits in Florida! Their tips are applicable anywhere but I especially appreciated the Florida-based one because those are impossible to come by in most generalized survival courses. I feel more connected and comfortable with my environment than ever!

Jeff and Drew are easy-going experts that share their love of the outdoors in this hands-on course. I had a great time and learned so many camping and survival skills - they pack tons of useful information in just one weekend. I learned to build shelter from items found in nature, start fire without matches, ways to get and purify water, and bushcraft knife skills - among other skills. All the participants and instructors quickly formed a friendly camaraderie that made this a weekend that I highly recommend to people of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
