This woman is Organized!! She took care of Everything, not only does she have a great personality, she is an expert negotiator ( something you Will need with a destination wedding or event.) she has an extensive list of contractors ect ( she even arranged the best spray tan ever- ok I’m vain) she lined up multiple buses and negotiated us a fabulous rate at a Michelin star restaurant! We could not have done this with just the hotel alone, she coordinated everything like a symphony! ALL out event will be coordinated by Edith from now on.

I'll start off by saying that we discovered Every Detail and Edith through word of mouth (which already spoke high volumes of her services and business). Not having any particular details in mind, nor ideas on how to start planning a wedding - my fiancé and I decided to reach out to have an initial meeting with her. Living in Chicago, our meeting was over Zoom; but it took just that one conversation to get a "good vibe" from her - that we searched no further and decided to hire her to plan our wedding.
Edith truly helped us out along every step of the process. Even though we were thousands of miles away, she managed to envision and bring to life all aspects of our wedding (from floral details to set-up options and even venue location!). We trusted her taste and recommendations so much so that we booked our venue without even having seen it in person until months later.
Edith and her team (Rodrigo, Naty, Marina) - are amazing! They all went above and beyond to ensure things progressed smoothly - not only the day of the wedding, but most importantly - during the months leading up to our event. She and her team are very knowledgeable and connected us with all the "right vendors". Edith was able to hit the "nail on the head" with everyone we hired for the big day. In particular, we loved our photographer, catering and bartending services - they were all the perfect match for us, as they too, worked hard and accommodated our special requests. We received nothing but good feedback from all our guests!
It may sound cliché but Edith truly pays attention to EVERY detail - she is attentive, organized and responsive. She truly cares and makes sure that one feels special and listened to. I'll forever and especially be grateful to her for her words of comfort on such an emotional day, for personally driving me to church, and for making sure I had a few minutes to myself to process everything that was about to take place.
My husband and I highly recommend Edith and Every Detail - we guarantee you will not regret it and we hope to be able to work with her and her team again in the future!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Edith and her team at Every Detail Events. My group of 11 women used ED events for a bachelorette trip in Puerto Vallarta. When I say that they TOOK CARE of us EVERY step of the way, I mean that. Edith and her team walked us through every step of the planning leading up to the trip. The communication was top tier. They handled all of our transportation, ordered all the decor for our Airbnb and set up (which was PERFECT and exactly what I asked for), set up and managed all of our reservations for dinners, handled all of our VIP bookings for night clubs, had our fridge stocked and ready for us, and more. When we arrived in Puerto Vallarta, the ED events team immediately made us feel safe and met us at the airport to connect us with the transportation company. We were treated like PRINCESSES the entire trip! There was not one single aspect of our trip that was not HANDLED. The transporters got us from point A to point B for everything and was ALWAYS on time. Mirian, an employee for ED events was a literal ANGEL. She was our liaison for every single thing during our trip and went above and beyond to make our trip so special. She provided pictures, videos, and content creation assistance out of the goodness of her heart. She rode with the transport company for everything, she made sure our reservations were handled on arrival to each place before we walked in, and overall was just the glue that held the trip together. ED events actually GIFTED US a photographer as well.. we were so shocked and grateful for that additional surprise. The photographer was there for EVERYTHING. She captured all of the best moments of our trip with hundreds of pics and videos. She was there for every transport, went to the clubs and restaurants with us (if the business allowed), went on our yacht tour with us, and captured so much footage that we otherwise would not have had. She was so cool and fit right in, but also stood back and allowed us to just enjoy each other as she captured it. If I were to plan another trip for the girls, Edith and her team would be who I would ask to orchestrate the entire thing again. I cannot imagine planning such a trip without their help. EVERY. SINGLE. DETAIL. Was handled and beautiful. They truly made us feel like family and there aren’t enough words to thank them for how awesome of a job they did. The work they put in to make our trip so special was not unnoticed. 1000% recommend them to anyone.
