I recently embarked on an e-bike tour with Expert Active, and it was an absolute blast! Our journey took us from Dana Point all the way up to San Juan Capistrano, offering breathtaking coastal views and an unforgettable adventure.

What truly stood out during this experience was the expertise and knowledge of the Expert Active employees. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that they were passionate about what they do. They took the time to ensure each participant felt comfortable with their e-bike and provided insightful information about the route, points of interest, and safety guidelines.

Throughout the tour, the employees demonstrated a deep understanding of the area, sharing fascinating facts and stories about the history and significance of the landmarks we passed. Their enthusiasm was infectious and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the ride.

The surfing was a 100% scam, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We booked a one hour private surfing lesson at the waldorf astoria hotel. It was a beautiful sunny day, waves looked great. Our instructor sat us down on the sand for 30 seconds and taught us how to stand on a board. Which is like what you see in the movies; push up position and then stand up.

And then we went into the water and did absolutely nothing but sit in the water. No instruction, just being asked if we are doing okay. Sometimes the waves were too big, sometimes the waves were too close to shore for us to try it and be taught.

The owner of the company called after to apologize and offer $40 off the $280 we spent for the "lesson", he was rude, when I said we didn't do anything, he said "well you put on a wetsuit, we need to pay our employees somehow".

We did get a refund but it was a lot of hassle to do so. He threaten to fire his instructor (which we also did not want), just a bad experience. We came on vacation from Ohio, there is no "next time", would not recommend

Our family of 4 with a huge range of ability and ages had a blast. It was a first for all of us and the Expert Team had us riding confidently and having fun from the beginning. The bikes were so user friendly and comfortable we are thinking about purchasing one. We had so much fun and are planning to book another session asap. Thank you EA!

A friend and I decided at the last minute to take an e-bike tour of Park City and the Waldorf Astoria recommended this company. Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the area and we had a great time. So much so, the next day that friend of mine and her husband rented e-bikes.

Excellent option for a personalized mountain bike training! they provide new, clean and high end bikes, Phoenix and Tom the best instructors my wife and myself ever had, both are very knowledgeable, patient and passionate for the activity. We will keep training as much as possible with them to improve and enjoy the beautiful area

Great experience. We had an open morning before business meetings and the resort just made one call and we were out the door within an hour. High quality equipment. Team quickly assessed our skill level and drove us to the starting point. The challenge slightly exceeded our skill / fitness level, but we improved and had a fantastic time.
