Heart of Savannah Tour with Rick was fun and interesting. There were little details that we had not heard about. Even better he took a picture with each couple in front of the fountain without even asking. I loved that. He had lots of recommendations and you could tell he loves the city. Would really recommend this tour.

My wife & I had an amazing 'Heart of Savannah' walking tour with Rose this St. Patrick's day week. Rose is extremely knowledgeable about Savannah's history. We became lost attempting to find Wright Square, the tour starting point. So, be certain to type in CVS if you use GPS to find the starting point.

A friend helped me plan a short trip to Savannah. Even though I've always lived in the south I've never been able to visit before. I was thrilled that the first thing we got to do was this wonderful walking tour with the owner of Explore Savannah, Rose! The variety of the information she shares will fascinate and amaze you as she walks you through Savannah, from sharing about the very beginnings of the city, to pointing out all the spots where movies have been made. I had no idea so many different movies had been filmed here! She packed so much in the two hours that we were with her that I really felt like I knew the city by the time we were finished. She's happy to share some information on some of the haunted areas as well! Having Rose show us so many wonderful little details throughout the town was really fun too. There's a lot of little touches in the town (dolphin downspouts and blue ceilings are just a couple of them) that I wouldn't have known anything about if she hadn't explained them to us. You really do need to book this tour as one of your first stops in the city. Afterwards you will really feel at home, and like you know the place. Thank you Rose for giving us such a fabulous tour! You really know your town!

Our first time to visit Savannah & nearby attractions. Loved the look of Antebellum & plantation homes, the riverwalk, the many parks(Forsyth Park, my favorite, has a famous fountain, and seating plus beautiful trees, plants, & flowers. Tybee Island is close by with beach & the lighthouse. Lots of restaurants, shopping, museums and tours. Enjoyed our 4 days here.

Rose was a very informative tour guide. We had a wonderful small group tour, she was engaging and so knowledgeable. She did an excellent job making history interesting with great human stories. We left with a great appreciation of the history of Savannah and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a great tour of Savannah with Rose. She’s full of a wonderful mix of historical and current information about Savannah. The tour was a great way to get oriented to the Historic District at the beginning of our trip, and she had several suggestions of things to check out while we were in town.

Rose was wonderful! She was very friendly and knows so much about Savannah (and is also well known by the locals) so it was definitely worth every penny spent on this tour. She knew I wanted to know more about the ghosts so she made sure to incorporate as much as she could into the tour (even though this is not a ghost tour!). Everything she shared was very educational and well organized- and then the overall walk was easy and she made several stops along the way to allow time to rest if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this tour!

Rose is so engaging and knowledgeable about Savannah history and legends. We have been on her history tour and her ghost tour. Both are super and the ghost tour isn’t “hokey”…just all of the history behind the hauntings.
