Genuinely has some of the nicest and respectful staff I've ever encountered. Understanding and welcoming of people new to the hobbies and are also very fair when it comes to things like trade-ins and such. Can not recommend this place enough!

The store was clean and well kept. Plenty of ay space and the overall atmosphere was really good. But then you get to the pricing of items. The pokemon etbs were ridiculously overpriced. Booster packs are laughable being marked up and extra 50%. Collection boxes or booster bundles are the same way. I tried to hold out skepticism and look at their singles selection. The store actually did have a good selection of singles for pokemon you just had to ask to see their binders. But then you ask the price for them all and get fronted with reality again. They dont ask for market value, they say they sell at "mid market" of tcg. So a card thats 135 they would sell for about 155. Yea im good on that lol. Did end up grabbing a few cheaper cards just to make the trip worth it. Wouldn't recommend unless your willing to fork over some extra cash.

At the time of my review, this store was being targeted by internet trolls who have not actually been into this store. A disgruntled customer went online to recruit reviewers. Fantastic Realmz was not open when I was stationed in Alaska, and I was only able to visit while I was back in town for another work trip. I bought a few singles, browsed cards on their in-store kiosk, and played a few games with locals. The owner even sold me a few sets of spin down counters from his personal collection. I would have loved to have this store around when I lived in Fairbanks full time.

Amazing experience from the lady at the desk to help my son and I find him an Arceus card that we have been hunting for 2-3 weeks. She was very kind and helpful

Nothing stand-out about this establishment. Minimal selection all-around, especially including Warhammer (40k, 30k, Aos, etc.) and MTG. Being close to the university is an upside, but spending an additional 3 minutes to go to another comic shop with an expansive catalogue of hobby supplies.

Would be a fantastic (no pun intended) game shop if the entire shop didn't smell so unbearably pungent. The level of hygiene in this shop is cause of concern for the health of patrons. Truly eye watering stench. Good selection of paints, cards, models, but definitely a last resort for me.

Ehh worst place ever if you're going to buy a product from them. Make sure to ask the ower for pricing if not they'll ban you.
