The receptionist and the nurse were wonderful. Great care 10/10. The nurse practitioner coughed right in my face and had to leave the room to cough very loudly outside the door. She seemed friendly but as an already sick person, I was very uncomfortable. Sadly, the nausea medicine that was prescribed didn’t work for me at all.

This place is a SCAM. We went because my wife had bronchitis and during check in we asked to make sure her insurance is accepted. They told us without a doubt that yes her insurance is accepted here. We took their word for it and fast forward 3 weeks we get a bill for $537. We went to ask them about the bill and the front office said it looks like we ran it without the insurance but she accidentally didn't send it over and asked for our number for corporate to call us back. They called us back and told us that her insurance was not accepted and were responsible for the balance. This is bad buisness practice. How are you going to say "yes' you're are indeed covered" and then
send them a $537 bill? This is absolutely ridiculous.
I myself went a bout 4 months ths ago and was seen and gave them my insurance and was seen. Everything went fine until I got a bill from them and I also had to argue with them until they finally ran my insurance.
Bottom line, Stay well away from this place. You could go to CVS minute clinic for $75 or any number of places for a fraction of thier price and they will actually let you know beforehand if your insurance is accepted before seeing you...

The only wait I had to see the NP was because I was filling out paperwork. Very fast and efficient.

Staff was very professional and kind. They took their time and really listened to my concerns and made sure I understood what they were saying.

I got a list of prescriptions and the NP took time to explain each prescription and the dosage required.

To start, part of my family has been sick. My kids went to their pediatrician, and my husband and I don't have PCP right now, so we chose to come here. First time ever coming here. First off, booking appointments online literally 5/5 stars- super easy, super quick, super simple with great availability. Second, registration online- again, super super simple, super easy and super quick. Getting to the facility, the staff were extremely friendly, kind, courteous and you could see a true passion in what they do. I'll be honest, without looking at my paperwork, I don't remember any of their names, however, from the front desk, all the way to seeing the LPN, every single one of them were amazing. They took the time to explain, to question, to ensure health and safety, and were absolutely caring in the fact that I'm pregnant and wanted me to see my OBGYN due to medical reasons and symptoms I was having. Our visit with them was yesterday. When I say this is the only urgent care I will go to, this is the ONLY one I'll go to. I can't speak highly enough of the care, understanding, compassion, kindness and medical support they gave us. 15/10 recommend!

Would not recommend. The wait is crazy long. Appt was at 6:30 didn't see anyone until 7:45. After the long wait, all the nurse said was that there wasn't anything wrong with my wife except that she had a fever and couldn't go back to work for 3 days. No help what so ever.... except draining a persons wallet.

Checking in to Fast Pace Health was quick and easy. The nurse practitioner was super nice and made the check-up super simple and straightforward. I got the diagnosis and prescription I needed and was out in about an hour. Very pleased with my experience!
