Matt is an absolute gem! Fix my phone quick and perfect. Looks absolutely brand new for hundreds of dollars cheaper then alot of the places I called! He is not out to rob you like all the other companies, he is a straight forward business man! I highly recommend his location at fix hub for all your tech issues!

This place is so much better than UBreakiFix. My PS5 was having internet connection problems. UBreakiFix told me the issues and quoted me a price that’d almost cost me the price of a new PS5. I’m so glad I got a 2nd opinion and found this place. Not only do they do free diagnostics but the pricing is much more reasonable! Super helpful answering questions/explaining the electronics issues! 100% recommend checking this place out before going to another repair shop!!

The all important number 2 key did not work. YouTube remedies did not solve the issue. Matt diagnosed the problem free of charge, ordered the remedy and had my computer up and running. Great service, professional and personable.

The staff helped me out and told me I had a bad graphics card
And I would need a new unit

After many failed attempts at having my phone camera repaired, Matt was able to fix my phone within a couple of hours!! He was so kind and so helpful! He even gave us quotes to fix other items and looked at them at no charge! What a gem! We will only be giving our phone and computer needs to him from now on.

Let me start off by saying: I have some PC knowledge, having built my first at 13 and then all of my friends' and brothers' over the years. (I am the friends & family IT guy)

With that out of the way, Matt is a very polite, honest guy!
I called all of the computer shops in my area and Fix Hub (Matt) had the best price by a large margin.
So, needless to say, I took my GPU in to have my thermal paste reapplied since my GPU was running WAY too hot. (Something I could've done myself had I the paste on hand and wasn't worried about shocking my brand-new GPU with static electricity) Unfortunately, the thermal padding/paste was not the problem -- However, Matt didn't charge me a dime since this was the case!
I have had some bad experiences in the past with shady Video Game Console / Computer Repair places, the difference between those shops and this one are night and day! Highly, highly recommend!
