Parents with food allergy kids beware…We attended a birthday party here for 4 yr olds. I filled out the form prior to attending stating my daughter has a dairy allergy. The only thing they did was give her a red wrist band indicating she has a food allergy. No accommodations were set up for her and the staff even handed her a block of cheese to grate which I quickly intervened on. Train your staff on allergies!!! I took out a pancake from her snack bag for her to grate instead and the staff put it on top of her pizza instead of cheese… it wasn’t meant to be used, it was just so she could be included. One staff member did apologize, and found her an alternative for the dipping milk chocolate. Very disappointed, would not recommend to anyone with a kid with allergies.

I think this would be great for older kids who could do more independently but for a 3 year old it was too much hands on for the parents, the staff did nothing to engage my shy kid and I was juggling his baby sister while trying to help him while staff just stood there watching. If I'd known the staff wouldn't be helping the kids and that I was expected to I wouldn't have brought the baby. Either needs to be set up better for the littles or parent involvement expectations need to be communicated better if they keep serving that age group.

We just had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was awesome! My daughter and her friends all loved it and had a great time. Mike was super helpful leading up to the event, and he and the rest of the staff were very attentive the day off, making sure everything ran seamlessly. I would highly recommend Flour Power for birthday parties!

We had our daughters 4th birthday party 3Pm on 01/22/22 at the Holly Springs location . Because of the weather there was a lot of uncertainties the day of the party. But we went ahead with the original plan and all her friends made it. All the guests and the birthday girl had a blast. The staff was super friendly and made everybody feel special , not just the birthday kid. The location was very clean and well organized and the staff made sure everybody had a wonderful experience . I’ll surely recommend this place to all my friends for any future events .

It was a great time but I wish they would have called me back Right away. Letting me know that the time they confirmed with me will not work. Invites sent out with the wrong time. Only received email, that wasn't checked the same day.

I don’t recommend for small kids unless they are good at sitting still and just watching for an hour. Would be better if they gave each kid their own activity but it was way too slow moving for my active child. They weren’t able to do much and it was mostly watching others and the teachers.

What a fun birthday party for my 10 year old boys! They picked a Harry Potter theme and had so much fun. The location was clean and the evening was so organized. The owner was super helpful and friendly, and he took care of everything. The kids loved it!
