This was a great place to stop off for the night. We needed to do a little fix up on our adventure trailer and needed a concrete pad for it. The park was big, the people were nice and everything was manicured. Beautiful clean park! They had showers, bathrooms, and a playground. As well as easy access to the river, since it was water front. It's quite easy to get in and out of, even if you are a big rig. The hosts were nice and welcoming.

Foscue Creek Campground is a beautiful COE park with full hook ups at most sites. We stayed in site #33 which is a level, back in site with a concrete pad and gravel around an aluminum picnic table and fire ring. The campsites are spaced well enough apart from neighbors to feel some privacy.
Our site was right next to a bridge, so our pad faced a small area of stagnant water. We loved seeing all the turtles in the water, even counting as many as 33 at one time. The one downside we experienced was the gnats, all over the campground – they were relentless and put a damper on being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.
Both our T-Mobile home internet and Verizon phone coverage worked well.

Other than the occasional train and river barge, this place is quiet. Most of the sites are on or next to water and quite large. This is a very nice campground. The rangers and the campground hosts were fantastic. The restrooms and showers were clean. There's also a boat launch and 2 playrounds on site. Unfortunately, not much to do in town, but it is close by.

Very beautiful and clean. 2 miles to a Walmart super center and has many trails. It has many water front sites and most of them even have full services. Host team does a great job keep the park clean, and help campers when needed. Love the bathroom and bathroom that seems newly renovated.

An amazing quiet and beautiful place even for just one night from traveling. Was traveling on I20 from Oklahoma did a goggle search and called to see if they had slots. The host was friendly and helpful. She told me what to do to make my reservation online but I was unsuccessful and had to call her back. She informed me to come on she would help me when I arrived because there was plenty of slots. Thank you Mrs Host. The area is beautiful and peaceful. With our “American The Beautiful” park pass it only cost us $15 for full hook up. Thank you US Army Corps of Engineers and Foscue Creek Camp ground, 1800 Lock and Dam Road, Demopolis, AL 36732

This is a great part for an overnight stay. The restrooms and showers are great and for the most part the layout of the campsites around the lake is awesome.
The only thing negative I have to comment on is the excessive amount of lights left on all night. ?
