Terrible customer service. Recently visited to bowl a few games and when we approached the counter the old man with long hair rudely told us they were closed for a private party. He had a very condescending tone and should work on his customer service skills. I won’t be back to spend money here.

Beer was flat. Guy behind the desk was rude. Although many lanes were open, I was not able to get a lane with bumpers for the kids. Mardi Gras is getting my business from now on. Bad alley through and through

Came here Saturday at 9:30pm with a group of 4 wanting to play 2 games. We went up to get shoes and pay and were told 2 lanes to go to. I asked to make sure before going to the lanes that we were playing together and was told yes, it was 2 lanes for 2 games.
Upon going to the lanes, we were split 2 people per lane for 1 game each. I went back up to ask about it and was told there wasn’t enough time for 4 people to play 2 games so he split us. I don’t know why this could not have been addressed when we paid? Who goes to a bowling alley with a group of 4 people and wants to be split up I asked if we could instead play 1 game so we can play together. The worker was obviously irritated, but agreed.
This was addressed extremely unprofessionally. If the time was really that big of an issue, then say that when we are up there to pay, the time was never brought up with us until I went back up. Even when I asked to check before going, it was purposely not told to us we were being split.
We did end up playing 2 games with the four of us and we left around 10:45pm.
I will also add they don’t have the hours they close anywhere, online and on the schedule they have printed out o their counter it says “- close”.
I won’t be going back because the way we were treated was not worth $46 bowling.
To the business: If you want people out at a certain time to close, maybe actually have hours posted 🙂 I was hopeful to have a fun time, but this place wasn’t it.

We went here recently because Mardi Gras was jam packed with school buses on a Saturday afternoon. Maybe a high school bowling competition? Anyway, in my 40+ years this is the FIRST bowling alley that actually had the balls organized and easy to locate (even during busy hours). Most other places it seems difficult in finding the right size ball, if any can be located at all (during busy hours). It's the little things that matter....

This is a nice establishment.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
There are things to do for all ages.
I think you should have some smaller games for the younger children ages 3-10.
