Our church hosted a Hallelujah Carnival and Movie Night, and we chose Freedom Fun Fort Worth for the event. We originally booked them last year, but due to rain, we had to cancel. They were incredibly accommodating, and we were able to reschedule for this past weekend.

Grace worked with us throughout the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. They did an amazing job setting up the movie and the concessions we ordered. I will definitely book them again. I'm leaving this review as a potential customer who was exploring my options for our son's upcoming 12th birthday celebration. While my husband and I opted not to rent equipment (with anyone), I am more than pleased with the customer service I received from Grace with Freedom Fun USA.

Party planning can be very stressful, but this one element was completely stress-free! I only feel bad that I asked for several quotes and ultimately we're not using their services.

This is not a reflection on Freedom Fun USA by any measure! Grace was quick with her communications, I appreciated being able to communicate through text and she was quick to deliver the three quotes I requested.

Bottom line - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Freedom Fun USA to friends or to consider using them in the future!

Our PTA hired freedom fun for our first in person event since Covid. We hired them to do an outdoor movie night and laser tag. Freedom fun was very professional, organized, and such a great team to work with! Grace met me at the school a few days before the event to map everything out to make sure her team was prepared. On the day of the event they arrived at the time they said they would and did such a great job monitoring laser tag and having everything set up. Our event was very successful and we’ve had so many parents reaching out to tell us how much fun their kids had. We would definitely hire freedom fun again!
