Absolutely terrible service tried to cancel my service after my house went underwater in the hurricanes. Took me over 6 weeks to be able to reach a human being since there was absolutely no way to cancel online or through the app. Sat on hold and got disconnected about a million times. They gave me a hard time about canceling and would not refund any of the money for the 6 weeks so that I tried to cancel because I couldn't get a hold of a human being and had no other way of doing it. There are also no public locations to even go to talk to a person anymore. Absolutely terrible company and terrible service! Never again!

If I could give zero stars I would! My dad moved from his house to assisted care after being in the hospital and rehab for over 3 months. When I went to cancel the service it was 3 days into the next month's billing cycle, so beware: 1. They do not prorate when you cancel your service. My dad had to pay the entire month. 2. There's an early termination fee of just under half the monthly bill! And as aggravating as this is, 3. They charge you $50 to return their equipment!
After my dad not using the service from July 4th to today, My dad is out $325, which is at least understandable because although my dad didn't use it we didn't know when he was coming home or if he'd be able to come home. But then to charge him an additional $150 to get the account closed and the equipment sent back is absolutely ridiculous!
I would just say buyer beware for sure!

Terrible experience. I’m on autopay and they still shut off my service for lack of payment. How is there a lack of payment when they have my valid credit card? Can’t get ahold of a live person. They do everything to send you to a chat bot. Terrible service. Customer service only works Mon-Fri 9-5. How can a large consumer internet provider have no customer service 75% of the time? Ugh.

Made an appointment on Saturday for Tuesday for 1 to 5 pm because my wifi went down and that's the soonest I can get a technician in. Fine. Today comes around. I haven't had any notifications, or updates about my appointment. I tried logging in all day to the app to check the status. The app wasn't working. I called a few times and it said the ticket was in progress. I waited until 7 pm and called to speak to someone directly. This person was clearly trying to make excuses as to why my appointment that was made on the app was missed. After 25 minutes of being put on hold because he was trying to contact a technician, he says I'm outside the service time frame so I need to be rescheduled anyway. The soonest i can get is Friday 8 to 12. So essentially, they messed up my appointment somehow and the blame is on me for making an appointment on the app and therefore I have to wait another 3 days to get my wifi back up that's been down since Saturday. Perfect.

Their service was stellar! The tech was knowledgeable and got everything up and working and took the time to make sure we were properly installed and understood how to use it! Very professional! Fiberoptic BABY!!!! No more issues with power! House has power internet works period! 5gig and even my old printers still work! Thanks Frontier for your pr professional staff and service!

Our apartment just installed these Frontier clowns. During installation they left our neighbors door open and his dog got loose. They didn't even lift a finger to help this poor old man to get his dog. They had to go throught our closet for installation and threw all of our clothes on the bed. They didn't lift a finger to put the stuff back. What a bunch of lazy dirtbags. At least Frontier is just an option at our place. Frontier employs lazy and unprofessional clowns for sure. I can only imagine what their internet service is like. Our friend doesn't have an option at their apartment and says Frontier majorly sucks. After witnessing their installation procedures I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

Thank you Frontier for convincing me to stay with Xfinity.

I called for no repairs yet a Frontier Tech. Came onto my property and dug up our cable box buried under mulch in a landscape area without our permission & now my neighbour & I have zero internet connection and Fontier claims they can't send a technition for a week and claims “ it wasn't us” so unless somebody hurried money & gold in our underground cable/ fiberoptic box why would anybody dig up & enter into our hurried cable box?!!!!!!!
