Technician Dylan Southern was awesome! Polite,friendly and professional. Explained everything clearly and didn't mind me following him around asking questions. Established rapport quickly when we found out we had NASCAR connections in common. The ONLY Air Conditioning company that I will ever recommend. They were highly recommended to me by a neighbor when my air was not working this summer and I couldn't afford a new unit at the time. Three other local companies came out and only tried to upsell me.
Thankfully Frosty's Air is a company with values putting the needs of their customers first and I was shocked finding out I only needed a relatively inexpensive repair to fix my AC. Only one of the other companies took the time to properly diagnose the issue but were only interested in charging close to $1000 repair. Frosty's was about half that. Much more reasonable!
I cannot express enough gratitude for such a friendly, honest, family owned and operated smaller local business. When my unit does need replacing one day, this will be the company who earned my business!

We are first time homebuyers. Our AC went out the night before. We were able to set an appointment for the next day. Jason called before coming and asked a few questions. When he arrived he was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. He gave me tips on how to maintain the unit. Highly recommend!!

Our AC system stopped working all of a sudden in the morning. Since our AC System is only a couple of years old, we were surprised. Frosty's AC installed our AC System and it has been working flawlessly ever since.

I called Frosty's explained the AC wasn't working and Heather scheduled a service visit in few hours.

We were luckily, Jessie our technician from Frosty's AC arrived an hour earlier than expected. Jessie asked if the thermostat was displaying anything? I said no. He said, it's probably a simple problem.

Jessie went to the AC Air Handler in the garage. Within 15 minutes, Jessie found the problem; it was a stuck switch for the water flow to the outside. Since we were due for an AC Tune-up, I asked Jessie to perform the tune-up while he was at our home. Jessie perform the testing, checks & adjustments, cleaned the evaporator coil, cleaned the switch and the pipe line to the outside with Clorox, and ensure everything was operating correctly before closing-up the unit. Our AC System was working and delivering cold air throughout the house after Frosty's AC Service. That service call was over 10 days ago and our AC has been working perfectly.

Now that's great service - fast, reliable and easy! The bill was $189 with a free future service visit during year to drain and flush the water line. In addition, I receive Frosty's assurance that our AC system is working at peak efficiency and trouble-free. Thank you Frostys.

Aaron from Frosty's was the best tech I've ever had. He went above and beyond to be professional, positive, informative and a non-pushy sales person. He didn't let an emergency call ruin a great day.
