Stopped into the Furniture Barn looking for a sofa that was firm. I need something stronger for my back. We currently had a couch and a reclining loveseat. I sold the couch, wanting to get a sofa with each end that reclined out but no counsel in the middle. To my surprise, we found this full couch, but the middle will flop down to set things on or have a couple cupholders, even though there is a cupholder on each end of the couch. Love that option. The sales people are extremely helpful and very nice. I specifically did not want electric, I just wanted the manual where I can quickly adjust if necessary. Maybe it was the difference between electric and manual, but I could not believe How reasonable the prices were here, As well as the cost of the extended warranty. And for $99 they brought it to my house hauled up by split foyer stairs and set it up- well worth the 99 bucks!! The delivery guys were super nice very fast and efficient, called ahead, & we’re right on time. 5 Star experience all the way around. Thank you !

What an amazing customer service. The guy was not pushy and was very helpful. I feel I got some good deals. I got a very nice couch and mattress set. Definitely worth the drive and Definitely got my business. I shopped all over mason city and didn't get customer service like this guy gave to us.

Nice people to work with. Were very accommodating and didn't give us any grief about our 2 kids running throughout the store. Worked with us on price and threw in delivery for free. Would definitely go back here again.

Sales people are helpful, furniture is reasonably priced, but hired them to move TWO things out of a trailer when they delivered my furniture. I confirmed with the furniture mover and also confirmed this service was scheduled at the same time I confirmed my furniture delivery. I further reminded the movers of this need upon arrival. However, they just left. As a result, I had to pay to extend my uhaul trailer time - over $200!

3-4 years ago we spent nearly $1000 on a bed set from the CC location, Mike Dugan the owner specifically, and we were told the mattress has a 10 year warranty. So here we are only a few years into it and there is a massive hole where I lay in the bed. They showed up to check it out and said Oh yes it WOULD qualify for the warranty EXCEPT there are (sweat) stains on the mattress, (which by the way or pretty faint) so since you did not put a mattress cover on it and there are stains, they cannot do anything for us. Funny thing is that Mike did not TELL us this a requirement of the warranty NOR did he offer to sell us a cover. So I guess he screwed us pretty good... (especially since we also bought a single mattress that day too) Shame on us for trusting you. Nice work Furniture Barn. That is just bad business and I will be sure to share this with EVERYONE I know in the Floyd and Mitchell and Chickasaw counties (and that's a lot of people that I know).
