Highly recommend Gaitz, the service was top notch. Tonya was awesome in keeping me informed as work was being done, even providing pictures of what they were doing while they worked. She also did an excellent job explaining what the issues were and made sure I understood. They were very responsive and prompt and succeeded in getting my commercial unit functioning better than several previous technicians that had tried and basically could not get the job done.

The Gaitz team has always been extremely responsive to any and all calls made - they have even come out to perform repairs after hours which is exceptional service as no one in Houston wants to go more than a few hours without cool air. I was looking to replace my existing all electric ac system with a heat pump for energy savings. There are a lot of tax breaks this year, 2023, for heat pump equipment, appliances, etc. I found Gaetz from a co-worker and contacted them. Tonya came out a few days later when I was home and walked through the house. I ended up getting a Daikin FIT heat pump system. The price for the work that Gaetz did was right in line with every other company, so we scheduled the installation. They were here right on time and finished up the same day. They removed all of the old equipment and installed the new Daikin FIT exactly as I requested. Our system is running great and I cannot recommend Gaetz HVAC any higher, call them, you will not be disappointed.

Tonya was great and explained everything well. Although might not be the cheapest option the work they did was great and thorough!

Tonya reached out to me when I was trouble shooting a home issue on my neighborhood FB group, and she has been AMAZING! She come out to my home within just a few days of reaching out and was able to diagnose the problem, temporarily fix it, and outline a plan for a permanent solution for us!
