Last October I dropped son’s Nintendo switch off to be fixed. I needed it done soon, because if it couldn’t be fixed I would buy a new one for a Christmas gift. Dropped it off and three weeks go buy with no response and no update. Still waiting for the part he said would come in a week. I picked it up instead and went and purchased a new one. Don’t recommend! Don’t answer phone and store isn’t always open after driving all the way there it is not convenient.

4 weeks ago, my son took his game boy to these guys to get it fixed. Worked with the young guy at the shop. My son signed a paper and paid $40. They never called to say it was fixed. He went up to get it back yesterday. They never fixed it and now won't refund his money. My son works for his money he uses in their shop. I think it's a damn shame they took my 11 year olds money like that. I'm sorry recommended this shop to anyone. I won't be back for anything else...after I go in any get my son's money back.

I took my Xbox one there to get fixed, because it kept shutting off. I told them it was probably just the power supply. Well they had a guy look at it . About 3 weeks later I got it back they supposedly fixed it. Well everything was loose and it kept doing the same thing. So I took it back. I even traded another system to pay for the repairs. Another 2 weeks later I got it back, and it was doing the same thing. So I just bought a power supply and it worked. Other than that the guys that work there are very knowledgeable the owner is very helpful. I will still go there for buying games and other stuff. But I think they need someone else to fix there systems

If you live in Delaware and want to get some retro games or systems, this is the place to go. Absolutely massive selection of retro merchandise, from video games, to systems, to manga, to trading cards. You want something old and geeky? They probably have it. Only reason I only have it at 4 stars is because there have been quite a few occasions where I bought a game, only for it to be too damaged to work, but they have always honored their refund policy and given me my money back when that has happened.

Trade ins similar to gamestop. Don't expect to get a huge amount of money even for boxed and complete retro items. However, when buying things you can get an okay amount of things for a decently fair deal. One thing I implore the staff to do is to price everything out (in the glass too) and not search on Ebay while the customer is standing there after asking for a price. This is the only time I have seen this and for me it just doesn't sit well. Retro prices don't drastically change that frequent to where just putting labels on everything would be a problem. See what the market is every now and then and change accordingly.. not search it on your phone when the time calls.
