Very cool idea and execution. I imagine the problem that most game places have is making money while bringing customers back, this place avoids that and charges a library fee and/or if you buy at least $25 worth of food/drink then you are exempt. Staff was helpful and the decor was lovely. Drink was ok, not particularly strong. My shepherd’s pie was decent.

Overall, would recommend! Fun place to go with great music, decorations and kind, helpful staff! We did find the lighting a bit harsh on the eye after being there for a while, so we switched to a different table where it was better. The food was tasty but too overpriced, and the portion sizes were small. They had lots of game selection that was neatly categorized and organized for gamers of all levels and play styles, you just had to wait for a server to go get it for you. One on hand, that’s very formal and helpful, on the other it can keep you waiting if you want to go get it yourself or just browse at games. Overall, lovely experience at Game Train

Super fun concept! That’s what lured us in-comfort food, board games and steampunk? ok, let’s try it. We were surprised at what a treat this place is! Friendly staff! Food is good, not overly pretentious, just good familiar flavors. But it’s the back rooms that really shine-wallpaper and curtains make it warm and special! A place for dinner and a fun hang with family and/or friends.

Had a really fun time here at this train-car themed board game/restaurant. If you're at all into board games, this is the place for YOU ?. Hundreds of games to choose from, all while sipping on a nice beverage and/or munching on some tasty food options.?. Had a blast!

We went for lunch before things really picked up and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is amazing, the idea and design of the really detailed train room is great. It's a really cool experience to go there and play games. If it is your game or not, you do still have to pay the fee to play which is totally understandable. My only issue was the price of food which is required to go into the train room. Although good it seemed expensive for the food you got. Otherwise the staff was very personable and kind. The service and experience were great. I just won't be able to afford to go into the train room as much as I'd like. There is also seating outside the train rooms that don't require food.

The food is pretty solid, I've tried the pretzels, the pizza, and the Shepherd’s Pie and liked them all. The atmosphere is very fun, the train ride simulation is better than I would have expected. The real star of the show is the staff though, they are super helpful and kind. They really go out of their way to make sure you are having fun.

Unique date night or family fun night idea. We had the Pretzels, Two different kinds of pizza, a mojito, strawberry margarita and blueberry margaritas and it was all delicious. Service was great. Very cool atmosphere, they have private rooms you can reserve for meetings or just fun game nights. Sooo many games to choose from. Locally owned, family operated business. They do a great job. They recommendEd games they thought our family would enjoy and they were perfect based on the various ages of our group. Even the 3 year old enjoyed it. Will definitely be back

We ordered the bahn mi and the steak fajita burrito as well as chips and queso + brownies ? everything was delicious except the chips and queso that was good but not awesome like the bahn mi.

We went on a Thursday around 4 it was nice and quite we missed the rush and had a great time. Everything was very clean and cozy. We can't wait to come play more games here and drag our friends along 🙂
