The guys working there are nice, and they don’t price gouge. However, the lighting is very poor for me, and I had a hard time seeing the products in some sections. Also the store smells strongly of onions or something, so I am reluctant to spend too much time inside. Good place to buy stuff though!

I ordered three Pokémon Celebrations, elite trainer boxes from this store, I live in NY, but they were the best prices I could find online, out of my first order that came I got some really good pulls, and the first two boxes were shipped out by the next morning from when I ordered, and two days later after I'd ordered the third it shipped, there was a discrepancy I had about the third box being shipped because it was a separate order, and they responded almost immediately and assured me it would be shipped out the day following my order(which it was). If I lived local to this place I would frequent them without a doubt, they had more reasonable prices than most, and were very prompt with responding to any customer service needs of mine. The first two boxes had a manufacturing issue and my promos were left out(an issue the Pokemon company recognizes) and Gamers Grove immediately emailed me the support link and explained the issue, I was able to make a support ticket with Pokémon and my promos will be on the way soon. They were attentive and responsive to both questions I had and I feel valued as a customer, their care reflects their appreciation for my business! If you're from the area definitely support this place instead of places like Target or Walmart, I know I definitely will be in the future! Gamer's Grove is an excellent game and hobby store. Prices are excellent and both employees and patrons have been kind and welcoming to me and my kids. I highly recommend both shopping and playing here. The community is awesome and there's always something new to see or play!

Drove about an hour to the store to pickup some Pokemon and MTG cards. Super friendly staff. Unlike some other places I have visited recently, this store did not hike up their prices for in demand items and kept them affordable. Kudos the store owners for caring more about their customers and getting folks interested in gaming, than trying to make a quick buck.

Will definitely keep an eye on their website / visit again when in the Huntsville area.

The owner seemed nice then I looked around at his prices and wow! Most things in that place are marked up a lot! Price gouging at its finest. I saw a lot of things in that shop at DOUBLE MSRP. I understand you need to make money but Jesus Christ! Marking things up 30% all the way to MORE THAN DOUBLE MSRP IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS! For example one of the MTG Collector boxes MSRP goes for $125. This man has them for $250. I thought Conroe was bad at prices. How does he even stay in business by doing this? Who would pay double the price of what something is worth? Wow. This changed my perspective on card shops. Most of the owners are money hungry and don’t have much knowledge on what they’re selling. Know what you want before going to any card shop. Most staff don’t know more than the prices of things. Nice people but those prices are rude as hell! Haven’t been back in years and I haven’t missed anything.
