Decent selection of games and gaming systems. Not the best place to bring used games for the money you receive back, but I understand they have to make money too. I suppose a few dollars it's better than collecting dust on a shelf and not being used.

Place was fairly clean and things were organized by gaming system.

Employees were very friendly, however the stores policies are terrible. The issue is Gamers sold me a power supply that is faulty, they say they test everything which is great but is incorrect due to them not having an Xbox to test the product on before selling. I went back to the store multiple times that same day to get swapped out a replacement for the faulty one they sold, just for that one to be faulty as well.

Upon trying to return the item AFTER I tried replacements they told me they would not refund and that they apparently have a no refund policy which applies for cash or card, they state after the purchase it's only in store credit(I was not notified of this until after I purchased). Awful, awful policies, if I'm sold faulty equipment and given a faulty replacement why in the world would I accept store credit?

I like to try to support local businesses but it's not worth it when they won't even refund your money for their mistake. Can't think of a single other game store with a no refund policy. I will update this review if they reach out in a reasonable amount of time to address the refund.

An employee took photos of my fiancee and i without our consent. We felt very unsafe during our visit. We only knew next say bc our pictures were up all over the company's Facebook. There were no signs. We asked to have them taken down since we're domestic abuse survivors and the ownder said if we're being threatened in his store to call the ops because his employees won't do anything. That by entering the store you give full consent to have anyone videotape, record or take pictures of any kind of you and do whatever they want with them. He also threatened to expose our info from our membership. If you want to stay safe. Don't go to Gamers

I was always a fan of Gamers before they left the metro. Glad to see they are back. Stopped in on opening day a little later than I'd have liked, still managed to find 4 games and a players guide all priced competitively and in great shape. Saw a bunch of stuff behind the counters not up on shelves yet...excited to go back and see what additions they have.

Friendly staff and service. I love how they did the disk cleaner do the work. Best place that have everything like videotapes, DVDs, Blu-Rays, new and retro video games and consoles. 5 stars, 100 out of 100.

They have employees take your pic without your knowledge and consent. Then they post it on their sute. My fiancee and i are domestic abuse survivirs and in danger and the ownser saud by entering rhe store we " consented" to havung our info exposed. He refused to hide our info and refused to take down our photo putting us in further danger

Friendly staff! I traded in 20+ games and they gave me way more credit than the other gamestore would! Games were priced very reasonable also! Left the store very happy!

Awesome store but they have barley any inventory. Maybe it’s just the hype of the new store but they legit had 2 n64 games. Not like it used to be but hopefully they can get there
