Bought a PS4 from here and they gave me the wrong power cord. Not a huge deal but I ended up finding a better deal elsewhere and went to return it since I was given the wrong power cord and had found a better deal and they said they only take the consoles back on return if there is something wrong with them. I would perhaps implement policy stating that you don’t take returns unless there is an issue, as I was told when I purchased it that I had 7 days to return it.

Have previously had good experiences at this place, but this time when we went in, the girl behind the counter refused to look at anything we wanted to trade in because it was less than an hour before she closed the store. She stated that she "couldn't change store policy" and that she would have to put all the trade-in games away before she left for the evening, citing that as the reason for being unwilling to help us. We wouldn't be so irate if it weren't for the fact that we drove 40 minutes to get there, plus the store was as dead as it always is, so I can't imagine that there was a whole lot to do before the store closed for the evening. We try to support local game store owners, but this experience with vapid, unintelligent, lazy individuals makes me rethink that policy.

This is a dirty place. Not to mention I was waiting 35 minutes for someone to open the store which had a sign that said closed be back in 10 mins. I went in looking for a used x box one wireless controller and found only one controller that they were asking 49.99 for when I mentioned I could buy one new at Walmart for this price she (the lady in glasses with dark hair)said we can price match it and GameStop if I show her so I googled it and the first thing that pops up is a used wireless blue controller for 34.99 at GameStop. I show her this and since the controller they had was not the same color she said she could not honor the price match. So if you want dirty scratched up accessories for around around the same price of what it would be new and don't mind a dirty dusty shop then this is the game store for you.

Nice little local game shop, nice staff, decent selection of games mainly from the last 2 generations. Some content for the PS2/1 generations, and some 8/16-bit era consoles. The store also has a try, for a small fee, and buy option. It gets you 1 hour game play, in-store, for $5 to let you know if you like that game.

This store doesn't have enough to offer to be honest. The prices are too high on their games and consoles. They were trying to sell Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on the ps3 for $29.99 Used, and a PlayStation 1 for $59.99 That's one of the most polarizing prices I have ever seen at a local game store. You might as well buy that stuff online because I found a black ops 2 copy for ps3 for $10 dollars and under on eBay. The person running the store doesn't know how to value their games properly.

If I could 0 stars this would earn it, paid $250 for a used ps4, with a broken DVD drive as well as the eject button is stuck and keeps thinking its being held down and not to mention the insane amount of dirtt build up making it practicaly impossible to push any of the buttons on the console with a controller that has severe stick drift, I know to cancel my weekend plans and return this and for anyone looking for a used ps4 just go on market place you can find the same one I purchased for half the price and you'll get it clean with 0 dirt build up.
