This store has a decent variety of consoles and games but I had three major problems when visiting the store. The first problem is their trade-in value. I went to trade in some refurbished consoles and they gave me $15 total for three of them and told me that both of them were worth about $40 each I was okay with that until I watched them put an $80 sticker on each one and sell them for $80. A sencond problem I have with this store is they have extremely expensive prices even when compared to GameStop. The third problem I had was with the staff I went in there on one of their sale days to look for PlayStation 3 games to buy and I was very excited because they had a 25% off discount making the games almost market price. When going into the store I had a girl with me and we went straight to the PlayStation 3 section as we passed by what seemed to be an employee on his phone taking inventory from what it looked like. Then the employee started to stare at us and the girl with me started to become very uncomfortable. I assured her that they were just taking inventory and not to worry about it but then the employee came up behind us and stood there and I kept reassuring her they were just taking inventory but as we were started walking around the store to get out of his way he just kept following us I'm not sure if he thought we were going to steal but I left the store immediately. I would definitely not recommend shopping here at all. Buying from GameStop or even off of eBay would be a much better choice.

It's a very interesting store. They have a lot of vintage hardware and a surprising selection of retro anime and dvds. Unfortunately, the staff was very standoffish. None of them made any attempt to interact with us, despite us standing right in front of them and being the only customers in the storefront. If we lived in the area, I'd be interesting in coming back to use their retro gaming space.

This store is a rare find. We purchased all of the Rock Band accessories and DVD's from them and they were all in perfect condition. The store is like a museum of gaming. Go there if you want to collect old systems and games. It's like the Half Price Books for gamers. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

usually don’t have issues with this place but 50$ for an xbox they didn’t even do anything to except open it to see if was unfixable is a genuine scam and should be changed. if you want a console repaired i’d suggest going to rochester to a bigger company that actually offers a free consultation. the console has water damage so the repair guy didn’t actually have to put in labor. what a “small business”

a decent selection of games mainly older consoles that are quite overpriced when compared to ebay pricing. my main problem was when i was selling stuff for currency in the store and they had no playstation or xbox gift cards and they haven’t ordered any in months which is odd for a game store. so the worker told me he would get me something on amazon and had to call the owner over to help with it. the owner then got rude for no reason and told me that i had to pay a fee for “wasting everyone’s time” and i had to give the m a good 15$ for the cards i was buying with store credit. it only took him 5 minutes max to do it and he considered it a waste of his time to help a customer and there wasn’t even a line of people or anyone behind me. absolutely disrespectful. wouldn’t recommend trading anything into them either and if you want to get an actual fair price for older consoles just sell online….

Tim and his staff have been accommodating and very chordial to all our needs on every level . No complaints for store or employee on all levels. If there is something they don’t have they will do what they can to get it .

Awesome store. Drove from Rochester just to go there. At first it looked pretty basic until I noticed the rare shelf. Some prices were kinda rediculuse but some were way under value. Then the stuff on the shelves I found a couple more gems. This is a great shop wish we had one more like this in Rochester good clean shop very friendly service and very well organized. I could of stayed in that shop for hours and kept finding more stuff to buy. I kinda had a nerdgasm in your store. I will be a return customer.

A 30 minute drive that I'm happy to do over and over to go here. Excellent staff, fun game room for adults and kids, huge selection of movies and games among so many other game systems and collectables. All in all, definitely a worth while place to spend some money!
