I travel a hour away to visit this location! I Love this location, my son always has the best time! Marcus the manager, is awesome! He makes sure everything is super nice and clean! He will be the reason I come back to this location! Give this man a holiday bonus !!!

We came for a birthday party and had a great time. The hosts/front desk were very pleasant and even remembered my son by name when we left to ask if he had a great time! The staff was accommodating with sock requests (if you have a 5 year old you know) The staff was actively cleaning in different areas throughout our time there, which I think is fantastic, the whole place was clean! We have only ever been to the Gainesville location (which is an absolute tragedy comparatively) We will be back to this location for sure!!!

Went to Get Air for a friend’s daughter’s birthday party. It was great. They added some new things, like a swing and sliding mesh bag. The children loved the additions. Especially the obstacle course section. They have a rock wall which was really cool. And, it was really awesome that it comes free with admission. Because, some places that I’ve been to before cost extra for the side attractions. There were a few places of wear and tear throughout the facility, but that’s to be expected, as it’s full of rough-housing children on the daily. Overall, it was great, and the children had a blast, which is the main point of a place like this.

Do not come here!!! This is so sad to see how the new place has nothing but old branded launch equipment. No cafe, all games are pay to play. Everything is run down and worn out. Only a few benches to sit. Four our three kids to jump only for two hours was over $100. Oh and you have to buy their socks for $4. When I asked for a refund they could not process it. The girls working said that it would be processed with in 8-10 business days. They were unable to give me a receipt for the refund. I WOULD NOT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Honestly they should not have opened till everything was in place. I will update if the owner or manager reaches out.

Update: Finally heard back for the manager. The refund did come through. He
did say that in the next coming months they would have more games set up. But honestly just felt like the management team should have waited to open. Or they should adjust their prices to accommodate the lack of attractions available. I do hope the Get Air team does fix these issues and does a full rebranding of the facility. I also hope the fix the lighting as well.

We love this place!

The manager is super friendly. He walks the premises on a regular basis to ensure that everything is clean and everyone is having a good time.

Price point is great. We frequent multiple indoor parks. The most comparable spot is GetAir in Buford and that’s $35 a pop. We can come up and let the kids rip and run for 2 hours for a steal and then make it an evening with something fun to eat in the near vicinity.

The park has lots of free things to do for the kids; further, they are expanding quite a bit in the future.

All in all, this is a nice place with a homestyle feel for a reasonable price that has a ton of potential.

This was our first time visiting (from out of town). The manager was running the check-in and was very accommodating and friendly to our 3 year old (who was intimidated by the experience). He came out from behind the desk and gave her a stamp and socks to made her feel comfortable. We had a great time and never felt like it was too crowded.

The people are very nice, facility is clean. Even though they are making renovations, they are keeping it usable for kids. Like it enough to keep coming for last several months because kids have a great time. If you are near Dawsonville and looking for a place to take the kids out of the weather, it is a good choice. Found it is cheaper to simply get annual membership as it can cost if you are bringing multiple children more than once.

I took my granddaughter here yesterday and first the staff, especially Marcus, was extremely friendly. The swing foam pit is now up and running adding an entirely new layer to the fun. Well worth the money
