Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other much better local video game shops with regular hours and better guest service. Do not sell here either.

I typically don't write reviews but my experience with this business has been horrible. When I asked for an update on when my delayed items would ship, I was told they would ship by a certain date. Not only did they not ship by that date, it didn't even ship a week later from said date. They said they would do some digging on what's wrong, but ghosted me for 4 days straight after asking for a refund. During that time I asked for a simple tracking number and they could never provide it even after saying they would, eventually got my refund but the whole process of buying from them and their Black Friday sale has been awful. I'd recommend just paying a little extra on websites like ebay to get retro consoles. Your experience would be far better than buying from this place.

I ordered a GameCube off of Etsy from them. I waited a month to get this GameCube which came in disgusting and not cleaned which they stated in the Etsy description. We then tried to contact them again through etsy saying we’re dissatisfied with the GameCube and would like a refund. It’s been about a month, no contact, no refund and it looks like they’ve closed their Etsy account. I would like my money back for a $100 purchase that was advertised falsely. I’m so upset about this I don’t think it’s right that you sell a customer something that’s absolutely nasty and then I have to try to resell it back to another store AND THEY WONT EVEN TAKE IT CAUSE ITS IN SUCH AWFUL CONDITION LOL.

My visit here was nice, they had a medium amount of product to shop and select from. This location has a medium following of games like N64 and PS4 but also comes with a small array of Japanese collectibles from Anime shows, it is a small suit I'm sure with some upgrades this could be a higher quality location.

Overall thanks for a nice visit keep up the great work on your location!

The guy that was working there was so nice and they had unique items I hadn't seen at the other retro game stores. They did have quite as much volume of stuff but I found some great games and a perfect n64 controller. Are you guys still Temperley closed? Was planning on going today!

They have not shipped out the order I placed on October 17th Order #10443.
They finally responded to an email late december citing a break-in as the reason for the delay and that they'd restock on them a week after that. Haven't heard from them since then.
I'm extremely dissappointed as I thought they were a great company with extremley good pricing and services. I hope they reach out because I've basically been scammed as they don't respond to emails anymore and their phone line is always busy.

I ordered what was advertised on their site as a "refurbished" Nintendo GameCube. $165.95 plus shipping. When I opened the box, the GameCube had a huge chunk missing from the plastic on the front side. I opened the top where you put in the game disc and it was dirty. Dust and/or dirt all over the inside. Lastly, the game discs wouldn't even read, so it was useless because it couldn't play any games. This was advertised as REFURBISHED. After e-mailing, (since there was no phone # on the website) I received no response, so I got my credit card company involved. Miraculously after I called the credit card company, they returned my email. Sent me a return label to ship the GameCube back. I sent it back, received no correspondence after. Had to email them again about when my refund would be processed. "We can process that for you today!" was their reply, almost a week after receiving the item back. Horrible experience, will NEVER shop here again.
