The people here are part of the video game shopping experience. Cool to talk to and know their games. They make sure everything is working too. There's always something different to find in their huge inventory. You won't find a better selection and prices than Hammock Video Games.

The gentleman who runs the shop while the owner isnt there is only kind when you are buying something. In the process of buying an item he went around my question of if i needed to return the item he didnt say i could get a refund but also didnt say that they offer no refunds. He beat around the bush and promised his boss was the best and could find me a replacement if need be but also promisied they tested their products to ensure they functioned. Even during our confrontation he said they “repaired” systems. Just not the ones they are selling The 3DS i purchased ended up being faulty. I came in and asked if i could do a refund and he immediately got snappy with me so i returned in kind the attitude. He kept trying to “prove” me wrong on why the ds was faulty and then said that if i wanted a different ds id have to wait to see if they could find a replacement since they didnt have one then and there or in stock. He said its “real life” expectations but all i see is $120 dollars doen the drain. If he had been nicer from the get go i would have been more understanding and nicer.

By far the best retro video game store in oldsmar. Miss Rita has the best selection of vintage games and best pricing. She is very knowledgeable.
