The room is clean and bathroom well stocked. The fridge was turned off, the heat works kinda? , the hot water ran out, and for once can a Hampton have a streaming option not old school direct TV? Let's just say I can't wait to check out.

The service was great - not as good as others I've stayed in recently.

The location is a a definite no for me - too loud from the interstate.

I won't stay here again.

The rooms are clean but that's where I will stop with the positive. Being on the highway side of this hotel is a nightmare. The noise from the traffic on the highway makes it so you cannot sleep. Our stay is four nights and when asking to move they cannot facilitate. Do yourselves a favor and stay elsewhere, the breakfast is okay.

The hotel was really, the bed was very comfortable. It is next to the interstate but you don't even notice. Great place for a very peaceful night's rest.

I was on a solo road trip over a long weekend in October 2023 and had the opportunity to spend a Friday night at this Hampton Inn in Auburn. Overall, it was fairly nice. I was able to redeem some Hilton Honors points and got a free night's stay here which was great!||||I arrived shortly before 3:00 on Friday. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and efficient. My room (#312) was clean and comfortable... no problems there. It also looked like it had been renovated fairly recently, so that was good.||||In the morning, I had breakfast at the hotel which was all right. The only concern I had with breakfast is seating seemed to be fairly limited for the number of guests who were having breakfast at the same time as me on Saturday morning.||||All in all, this was a good stay and I got a comfortable night's sleep. Besides the breakfast, there were only a couple things I was not fully satisfied about. First, the indoor pool no longer has its hot tub (I know that more and more hotels are doing away with this, but I still miss being able to use the hot tubs in hotel pools). Second, I wanted to use the business center computer, but they are still using the old Internet Explorer browser which doesn't really help me much for web surfing I would have wanted to do on there. They really need to upgrade to at least Google Chrome for their browser.||||In general, this hotel is good and I would have no qualms about staying there again in the future if I find myself needing lodging in the Auburn area.

This was one of the cleanest Hampton Inn, that I stayed in. Hailey was so friendly and polite. She made me feel very welcomed. The cleaning staff were friendly as well. No dirty areas on the carpet or tile floors. My room was immaculate . All the Staff at this location definitely take Pride in their work. Thank you all, for an enjoyable stay.
